It's a shame you have to pay for parking, that should be included in the room rate as minor irritations like this are very annoying

Lead on Hairdryer not long enough as only socket by mirror was at floor level £3 cap park charge seemed a like a hidden cost or a hidden surcharge given there is no access possible other than by car. I would have preferred to have had more transparency anout this with it being included in the room cost. Perhaps a deduction could be offered for those being requiring more than one room. I acknowledge this is a minor personal niggle.but it was how I felt at the time. being asked for a paltry £3 when I thought I had paid in full!

The only thing was the bathroom door which doubled up as a toilet door. 2 members of our family trapped fingers.

The staff were so helpful. Couldn't do enough for you and always smiling. Excellent service.

The Hotel is located next to the busy A2 dual carriageway road. So, there was constant noise, although muffled when the bedroom window is closed. However, be aware that if you book, there will be this noise all the time.

Very friendly and pleasant staff who provided an excellent service. The Hotel is approx. 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Breakfast was a good range of items and all fresh and restocked. The room (double) was ample and very clean and modern with all facilities needed for a comfortable short stay. The Hotel is also conveniently next to a fuel garage should you need to get fuel. But it is expensive!

The only thing we did not like about the property was that the beds were to firm although that was our own fault as we chose the firm beds so no fault of the hotels.

Everything it was really reasonably priced and was very clean and welcoming. Also the free complimentary breakfast was very nice, all the food was fresh and the staff were so attentive.

Extractor fan turned off at 11pm, was noisy even with bathroom door closed.....but being picky here!

Not very friendly receptionist and no fresh air for room

On arrival some confusion about my payment .I had already paid but they said I hadnt.I showed the receipt but still not believed ...apparently you Booking.com had been paid instead.I felt embarresed. Apart from that the hotel was clean and the bed was comfoetable .Its near a motorway so no air con so quite stuffy .Too noisy to open the windows. Food was very good but not enough choice for Vegetarian or Vegan

Room layout could have been more practical - sofa bed opened onto where the cabinet for luggage is, leaving a small gap to squeeze through and which you had to get through to get to the bathroom.

Excellent, polite, friendly and helpful service from all staff from the moment we arrived. Requested a room in a quiet part of the hotel and the room was peaceful, with comfy beds and bedding. Impressed by the breakfast selection - especially being included in the price - and the way there were a lot of staff present making sure everyone had what they needed and regularly refreshing all the buffet items.

Very little not to like, property only issue was that the electric charger wasn't working and some minor issues during booking wherein no one got back with special rates for the group but we just booked via booking.com

The best stay we had ever! we were big group of 23 people, the staff at check in and especially the chef really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we need. The food (we had dinner and breakfast) was really really good. The chef prepared additional vegetarian options given that most of the group was vegetarian. The chef even provided Indian tea for us which was beyond what we expected. The best stay we had and we enjoyed a lot.

Only slight problem that myself who does not sleep flat could not cover top half of body. No other problems.

Room was well laid out with space to move as both have mobility issues. Beds were comfortable but slight coverage problem as I cannot lay flat. Sister was perfectly fine Breakfast was great thoroughly enjoyed good spread. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant.

The bed was too soft and we kept rolling into the middle of it. This not good as I have Osteoporosis and am recovering from spinal fractures. This was not told to the hotel, but the bed was uncomfortable for my partner too.
