Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Long walk to the park entrance and back.

Toilet very small
In a nice quite spot, comfortable beds, everything we needed. Also had ducks come to say hello every afternoon. Walking distance to beach and town Very dog friendly. Would definitely return

The gas went off whilst we were doing dinner which was a bit of a pain, but it was resolved the same evening. The pillows were a bit flat and need updating.
The quietness of the location, the lovely weather of course and the home comforts in the caravan. The sun deck.

Bed was uncomfortable Shower temperature couldn’t be adjusted had to adjust on the boiler, dangerous !! Toilet didn’t flush it did get a temporary repair first night then repaired properly the next day

The toilet flush needs so attention it was loud and kept getting stuck and the water continued to run
The caravan had lots of additional items supplied like DVDs, games, washing up liquid, sponges, salt, pepper etc.... It was nice to have 2 double beds!

We struggled to find the key box in the dark.

Was what we expected very clean and comfortable. Weather did not stop us as have been to North Norfolk many times we knew where and what we wanted to do. The decking was an added bonus for us was able to sit and enjoy the one afternoon of sun.

Nothing, all was to our satisfaction
The site was great, our caravan 45 balmoral was in a perfect spot, a bit quiet, and out of the way and perfect for our 7 month old puppy. The caravan had everything we needed, and was homely and cosy. The main area of Hunstanton was a short walk away.

Very clean and comfortable. Impressed with tv, WiFi, and cd’s provided. Good location on site and very quiet Clean site and grass all cut . Provision of recycling bins excellent. We had lovely time at Manor Park.

The mats in the kitchen area and living room need a wash or replace. The key was in a different place to where we were advised but that was very quickly resolved by phone. Just 6 tv channels Some DVDs provided to watch . No WiFi but that wasn't a problem
2 double rooms great for 2 friends. Very well equipped. Shower worked well. Very clean overall. 20 minutes walk into town. Quiet road on site and parking next to caravan

The parking area was very wet and muddy so hard to get out of the car and onto the decking without getting muddy feet. This is not the fault of the owners but the weather.
Nice big roomy caravan. Had everything we needed for our weekend. Have stayed in several other caravans on this site but this was the best yet.

I was very surprised that bedding was an extra cost, I have not stayed in a caravan for many years but the bedding was always included, £60 is a lot if you are on your own, but it is better if there are 6 people sharing.
This was a very well-equipped caravan, I took all the basics with me but they were there to use. It was very spacious and warm.

. There appeared to be a WiFi connection so a password would be helpful. The shower was extremely hot water and we could not turn it down.
Caravan was comfortable, clean, and l located in quiet part of the site. Kitchen well equipped and 2 comfortable double beds.
