I payed for this on booking.com and got to the hotel they took copy's of mine and my Girlfriends driving licence and asked for my bank card and took my details incase of any breakages so they could charge you . This was the only uncomfortable thing about the stay, the next morning I asked the Gentleman to come check the room before I left as I felt I had to as treated the room like I would my own home and he said he would , so when I went to check out he wasn't there so had to leave my key in the key box , I did ask the Gentleman to remove my bank details and wanted to see him do it I feel uncomfortable not noing if they were wiped from the System or not. I wouldn't want my details being misplaced or passed on

It was a clean tidy room with a nice Seaview, staff were pleasant and in a quieter location I wanted just this and it was perfect to spend a very reasonable priced stay .

There was only one pillow each in the room. The radiator needed a good clean or repaint. The carpet wasn't hoovered. It was full of bits and stains. Needs changing.

The bathroom was clean.The bed was clean. I liked the big windows in the room which could be opened wide. There is a tram stop across the road.

Good sea view room 113. Bedroom and bathroom were tidy but I think the loo brush should have been replaced!. Secure, cheap and good location. Noisy on the floor above me-could hear every word unfortunately

I did pay a little extra for a sea view, but there only little windows, and you actually have to stand to see the sea unfortunately

Location was nice and quiet, away past pleasure beach, but tram stop right over road, guy on reception was rearly nice and helpful, and even upgraded me from single to a double room. And there is a lift which is a bonus in the cheaper hotels, all in all a nice quiet break

The coffee and sugar were old and the little cartons of milk were sour. Only one window opened. Not enough pillows. Only one each.

The room was clean and adequate. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was ok.

When I booked this room booking . Com showed me a picture of a room with 2 windows a bigger room ours was a smaller room with one window is this a mistake on booking . Com ?? Location was good, tram stop right outside. Family room with adjoining room was perfect for us (2 adults 2 children) rooms nice & clean. Just a suggestion some bedside lamps would have been nice touch. Staff friendly & welcoming & breakfast was nice too. Overall value for money thank you for a pleasant stay.

The room was cosy and compact although, from past experience, a-lot of rooms in this area are like this. Some modernisation has been done (although more could be done, as with other places in this area).

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good and helpings were very generous/ filling. It was a good quiet location on the sea front, near one end -where parking was available nearby. Also a good location to walk to the pleasure beach. The room was comfortable and good value for the price.
