Unfortunately, the hotel was in the middle of refurbishment. The paint on the staircase walls was unsightly. The dining room was unavailable so there was no breakfast on the premises.

We were welcomed warmly and given a choice of bedrooms. The room was lovely, well furnished and quiet.

Great location, comfy room with everything we needed. A really friendly and helpful owner. Property has only recently changed hands and is still being renovated in places but there was no impact on our stay. The bar itself has a great vibe, good music and relaxed environment.

No parking except on street and time limited. The room, although comfortable, had no chair. The restaurant was not available, so we had to eat out or bring food in, with nowhere except the bed, to eat it. The website stated food was available at breakfast but it wasn't.

Location, it was characterful and pleasant. Comfortable room. Great shower. Very helpful, lovely staff.

Unfortunately this time other guests decided to party in their rooms until 5.27am in the morning- very loud music. Was unable to contact the owner/manager. This was a one off, but would ask for a contact number in future just in case.

We stay at least twice a year. It's a great location and rooms are lovely.

Excellent location in the centre of Aberaeron.

Tea and coffee was provided but only enough milk pots for 1 cup so could do with some extras, although we popped around the costcutter next door and bought a pint.

Room was clean and bright, bed was comfortable and all the facilities you could need for an overnight stay. A good pint in the bar downstairs and a beautiful walk around Aberaeron with lots of amenities nearby. No need to pay all the money others are charging when this is available.

Noisy road but we had the window open as it was very warm. We were offered a fan but stupidly turned it down.

Easy to find, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Lovely breakfast cooked by a very nice lady. The new owner was very friendly and apologetic about the disarray as he had only taken over a couple of days previously.

The bathroom was a bit tired and could have been a bit cleaner but the hotel has only just been taken over with new management in the last two days

The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The rooms were a bit standard but clean and comfortable. There was a great atmosphere when we arrived with a busy pub downstairs but this didn’t impact sleep etc. We would stay again. Lovely location!

The rooms need updating. Broken chair in room, that was reported but not changed . Ceiling lights not working properly. Noisy but expected due to being a bank holiday. Rooms were small.

The location was ideal as in walking distance to shops, restaurants and harbour.

Just a personal thing, pillows were too soft for our liking. Room was warm so had to open the windows which allowed some cooking smells in the room from other businesses we think.

Lovely room, clean, great location and got to check in early which was a welcome bonus.

Waiting at the bar/reception to be seen whilst member of staff served customer infront of us and then ignored us to serve somebody else who was not waiting when we had arrived. Not a good welcome or first impression.

The bar maid was rude, no personality. The tv should have access to Netflix and stand etc. also, don’t describe it as a flat screen tv, that tv was ancient. We were lucky we got parking in the free parking lot down the road

The location was very nice, loved the street and surrounding streets. Heaps of options for tourists. The bar was nice and the receptionist was nice and helpful

A bit noisy in the evening from the bar area. The road is quite busy.

Comfy bed and very good power shower. Breakfast was very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
