Location is good. Staff nice, Decent breakfast choice, although pastries had been slightly over done (rock hard).

There weren't enough croissants at breakfast time

Excellent small hotel in Canterbury, easy to find from main road into Canterbury, free parking and only a few minutes walk to Canterbury centre. Large, quiet, family room overlooking courtyard, four comfortable beds in a lovely period house. Very clean and comfortable.

Room was a bit dated and could do with some freshening up but very good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was warm, and the bed was really comfortable. Good free parking and easy access, close to all the sights.

Breakfast - the buffet was quite mediocre, the bread selection was not very good and there were no eggs of any sort.

We really like this hotel, parking and accomodation so close to the town centre - we have been staying here on and off for 20 years, but it was a real disappointment to find that they not longer off a full English breakfast.

The beds were too old noisy. Locks are old fashioned. Breakfast was continental I understand but could add more things that come in continental.

Location is good, nice garden. bathroom were clean.

    Nothing.

Great staff and comfortable, clean rooms. Typical English Guest house with all the quirks and charms we've all come to love. Great location and good parking. Quiet, despite being close to a major roundabout. Continental breakfast was more than sufficient.

The dining room was quite small for breakfast. But it was still a lovely breakfast spread

The location was brilliant, very close to the city centre (about 10 minute walk) and parking was very useful The room itself was very comfortable

Just a tiny thing. Music playing in the bar could be heard in our room but did go off early and to be fair when I mentioned it I was told they would turn it down if I asked.

Lovely location for an old property in an historic area. Right in town centre. Great continental breakfast. Lovely and clean. Comfortable bed.

We were extremely politely explained to that there is no cooked breakfast option as it is a listed building hence cooking and log fires are not allowed but being honest a cooked breakfast is a treat for most of us when we stay away so that was a little disappointing. Would struggle to fault anything else.

Friendliness of all staff. Secure Carpark. Big room. Comfy bed. Location.

The beds were a bit too firm for my liking, but that's a personal preference.

Location great for purposes of visit (working in area) Easy walk into town for meals in evening .My colleague had an issue with His TV but this was quickly resolved by staff.
