To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomCarpets on the floor in the room. A TV that worked. The ariel cable had been disconnected, hard to find on a wall mounted TV. I was able to reconnect it with difficulty.
Would not describe as a luxury hotel but staff were excellent, the breakfast was exceptionally good value and delicious. The location and parking were also very good. I particularly liked the fact that all profits go to the YMCA. I would definitely use again.

United KingdomNo early check-in without a charge. Reception staff ignored me however a third and clearly more senior staff member saw me and then provided a flawless welcome. Reception staff in the leisiure facilities continued their conversation while I stood there waiting for them to acknowledge me.
Spacious room, great facilities in attached gym ie pool/wuhich were pretty empty when I used them. I was able: borrow towels to use in them. On check-in I was given all info needed. Room was better than the usual Premier Inn with spacious, warm, large bed, lovely bathroom and powerful and hot shower. Generous tea/coffee/biscuits and room was equipped with everythign rather than having to go to reception to ask for it eg iron/hairdrier etc. Free and excellent quality wifi access. The immeidate area is a bit skecthy feeling but the hotel countered this by having excellent lighting outside the entrance. I also enjoyed the art work in the room and the explanatory note about it's origins.

Frist time staying at this hotel, Excellent location and parking facilities - loved having gym/pool/spa. Superb for working stay, only downfall was the Wifi, not good and needed for work purposes. Would definitely recommend though and we will use again.

United KingdomWe arrived early - and soaking wet - no one was unkind or rude but an opportunity was missed to show hospitality. Turns out there was a bar and a coffee bar - there could have been a mention of those as a way to enjoy the wait.
Fantastic pool and Gym access as part of the room. It was better than my gym at home. Great restaurants on the same street - we went to Sapporo - it was great. Room clean and quiet and breakfast was good.

United KingdomWhilst clean and comfortable, the room was very basic, a bit Travelodge in feel, needs a little more effort in this area. Can't fault anything else.
The main bar/breakfast area were very good and welcoming, staff were excellent from the minute I arrived at reception until I checked out the following day. Breakfast was really good, not all greasy considering it was a fry up, able to select what you wanted and egg options as well.
