Only negative was no food-heating facilities, but being able to bring food in made up for that.

I liked that the facilities (toilet and shower) were contained in the room. The tea, coffee, and kettle were appreciated touches, even if I didn't avail them. Room was fairly spacious given the en suite facilities. WiFi worked a charm. Key system was easy to grasp. Staff were both informative and friendly. As I was visiting to see Judas Priest play, I appreciated the proximity to the venue. Room was cheap in price only—definitely great value. Would definitely consider again if visiting Bournemouth.

I can’t really complain about anything apart from the floor being creaky but that can’t be helped also maybe could have done with a few more cushions.

Was greeted by the receptionist who was super friendly with the biggest smile 😀 Our room was bright and spacious, the bed was comfortable and was just a short distance from the beach/town centre which was perfect .

I thought the communal area could be a bit more cosy and welcoming. It would also be really useful to have a self catering kitchen, for the lower end scale of hotels, eating out is fun but can be very expensive when it's 3 meals a day.

I thought the shower was excellent, and the bed was clean and well presented. The location was also very good, close to the town center.

Shower had two settings; freezing/scalding. TV was temperamental and didn't work properly.

Location is excellent, staff were really friendly and made it feel very homely. The hotel was decorated very nicely and the room was very clean with comfortable beds.

New carpet just been fitted in our bedroom and door needed planing , very hard to open and close door . Bathroom door didn't shut .

The value for money was fantastic and it was a 5 min walk from the seafront. My main reason was to go to a gig at the Bournemouth international centre. I will definitely use this hotel again as it Ofers excellent value for money.

The whole experience, from the initial friendly greeting (consistent with all the staff, throughout my stay) to the very comfortable bed and peaceful surroundings. The breakfast was more than adequate and beautifully cooked. Location of the hotel was ideal, for me, as I was attending the BIC and a drop down to the centre of Bournemouth. However, the walk back(uphill) could be a challenge for those less fit than I.

I had a spacious and comfortable room, with fast wifi. Every morning I received a stock of milk and sugar for my tea/coffee. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach. Making it easy for me to walk to the beach every morning to catch the sunrise and every evening to watch the sunset. Overall, my experience was amazing

The staff were exceptional ! Cristina who checked me in was so kind and professional. She made sure that during all my stay I had everything I needed. My room was kept very clean, and the full English breakfast I had each morning was a very good portion and delicious.
