Location is excellent, it can be a bit disturbing as underground can be heard as we were at ground floor but we were so exhausted by the days activities that it didn't bothered us. Staff is very friendly and supportive. They let us to store our baggage on arrival/ leaving day. Beds were comfortable. Stores and cafes close. Good value for the money.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable- it also seemed to be on a slant - not sure if it was the mattress or the floor. This was the only minor issue in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

The room was small and a little tired/outdated and the bathroom needed a bit of an updates but it was clean which is the main thing.

Five minute stroll from St Pancras and easy to find. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and the room/bathroom was clean and smelt pleasant.

My only real complaint is the wooden door to the shower room had black mould on it. Also worth noting the stairs up the rooms are quite steep as it's an old building.

Very convenient location to get to most places in London, especially if you happen to be arriving in Kings Cross. Room was actually quite bright and looked out over a courtyard with trees meaning it was more quiet than I expected. The single room was perfectly acceptable for a weekend and the bed was comfortable. The sink in the room is also helpful when getting ready. The room was clean also.

The room was rather small but we expected this. The absolutely tiny bathroom made things difficult when getting ready. The door was a folding one so you could hear the bathroom very clearly unfortunately. The tiny window didn't allow for much air in the downstairs rooms.

The room was clean and the staff were very attentive. Felt very secure having a locked door to the hotel which we had a key to and then our own lock on our door. The cleaning staff were always helpful and the reception staff let us check in early and leave our bags. To be noted however the bags are left in reception and not in a locked room. Reception very kindly moved them to our room for us. The shower had good pressure and was always nice and warm. Plenty of towels provided and disposable bath mats. The hair dryer and fan in the room were exactly what we needed. TV had good number of channels and good signal. Beds were very comfy with extra pillows available.

Nothing to dislike to be honest, we stayed for 1 night and all was good.

The staff was just great, helped us with an plug adapter for the UK plugs and also we could leave our bags for a few hours with them. The location is close to the train station coming from the Gatwick Airport and metro stations. Easy to go in the City Center, just few minutes away by metro. Close by places to eat. Very silent on the street even though in a busy area, but the hotel is on side street. Bike renting just in front of the hotel. Coffee and tea in the room.

The location and the staff are great! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! There was everything needed for a day stay! Great value for money!
