Needed refurbishment, dated. Dangerous steps exciting Bedroom. Top 3rd floor not suitable for very elderly or less active.Noisey.

Run down, small, low down bed with really big furniture, a little noisy, bad see through curtains - and smelt pretty bad as soon as running water was used. Car park entry was covered in litter. £100per night plus £100 security deposit was a bit of a joke!

Location, 24hr access, nice staff, was luckily able to park on site.

The fridge is very noisy and had a foul smell, and issues with bathroom lights flickering all night. I would recommend providing ‘do not disturb’ signs as a cleaner walked into our room without knocking whilst we were asleep!

Cost is way to high. People won't go to Cheltenham at all with these costs. Problem across the whole region

Decorations are a bit outdated with some wall paper peeling, the blinds do not block a huge amount of light and the kettle started smoking when we tried to use it - staff were very apologetic about the kettle when we informed them.

Decent room, bed was comfortable, 24 hour staffing, nice bathroom, television on an adjustable stand, mini fridge and microwave - plus tea and coffee facilities. A no frills venue in the centre of town

Our room got too hot with the radiator on full all night.

Staff on check in were all excellent and very helpful, even checking the Rugby score for me. Parking available and location is perfect for a night out in Cheltenham.

I went to brush my teeth at about midnight and both my hot and cold tap were putting out hot water, this was sorted by the morning though. Room was very hot, but there was a fan provided too.

Location was great and staff were really friendly. Room also has fridge and microwave which if I was staying longer would have been very handy.

- the fridge is VERY loud so make sure you have earplugs - the decor is very very tired and the mismatch makes it feel very cheap and old - the room was very very hot! We were ground floor and couldn’t open the windows - the shower didn’t drain right so you were constantly stood in 2 inches of water

The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was much bigger than expected. Absolutely fine for a one night stay.

Chair but no table. Difficult to get water into kettle as basin was very small. However I was able to get enough in for a cup of tea so not a major - just a tad frustrating

Bed was adeqauate but nearing the end of life. Decent hot shower Plenty of storage for clothes luggage etc. There was a microwave and a decent sized fridge - not that I used either but good to knkow the rooms have these facilities plus cuttlery and crockery

The bed itself is one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in, and the room seemed to pick up all of the noise from the surrounding rooms which are very closely packed in on the third floor where I stayed and wasn't ideal with people making lots of noise at 5am when I had a 7am train.

This was a little cheaper than some of the other options in the area and I got what I paid for.
