They don't take credit cards. I paid cash at the property. Not everyone will have cash. Could be a big problem. A bigger problem will be if I see any charges on my credit card. Lots of stairs.

Close to the bus stop, and the hop on and off bus site. A block off the main drag.

The room was quite small, and so was the bathroom. The bathroom was kind of old fashion and the shower as well as the sink was old and looks like there was a little bit of mould. the blinds that we had on our window. Two of them were the wrong size- too small for the massive windows so we got woken up early with the Sun beaming through. We were told that when we leave the property, we had to leave our room key with the receptionist and with fair enough, the reception is open 24/7h however, I just did not feel comfortable to leave our key with all of our stuff in the room – it was Odd- I’ve never had to do that in any hotel or guesthouse.

Very good location, extremely close to the city centre, bars, shops, et cetera , walkable distance to the city centre which is great!! The bed was very very comfy

Guests are only allowed to use the hotel's microwave, not the whole kitchen area. While we didn't cook a lot, it would have been nice to have access to the stove as well since there's only so much you can do in the microwave!

The room was comfortable. The temperature regulator in the room was broken so it was mostly warm - we worked around this by keeping the windows open sometimes. Lots of plugs for charging devices. Cosy beds. Hotel is walking distance to some key sites in the city.

The smell in the bathroom. The bedroom was clean, they need to fix the curtain. The bedsheet really clean but the smell of the product they used to wash the sheet was too strong for me, I couldn't sleep well, I am sensitive to some kind of smell.

The place was well situated, 20mn walk from Glasgow central

the tiled steps outside can get slippy, could be rectified with a strip of non-slip tape. Only managed to get hot water in the hand basin once.

it was perfectly situated for the main areas of the city centre

we had the privilege of returning twice so we tried out three different rooms. room 22 had the most uncomfortable beds and the shared bathroom for that room was super dirty. they left cleaning supplies so i was able to clean it myself before showering but cleaning someone’s pubic hair off the shower floor isn’t my idea of a fun vacation ;) the other rooms we stayed in had comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, so maybe room 22 just needs some new beds?

super close to central Glasgow, the breakfast was excellent! fairly quiet, good value for money, friendly staff.

Good location if you are wanting near Sauchiehall Street. As the hotel is the street behind. We stayed over as we were attending a gig and going out after. So we were using the hotel as a place to get ready and sleep. Staff were lovely and helped me with any questions I had including parking. Someone is at reception 24/7

there is lots of stairs to tackle so when staying on the second floor lumping all your luggage to the top is extremely hard especially if you have any respiratory issues

There wasn't enough tea and coffee supplies in the room for more than 1 or 2 cups. The taps in one of the communal bathrooms were a bit temperamental and didn't give hot water.

Staff were very friendly. Lots of plugs next to the beds for charging and the WiFi was quite good. It was in a very central area.

The shower was very bad. The showerhead kept falling down and anytime someone on the floor would turn on the water, my shower would get extremely hot. There was also mildew in the bathroom and coffee stains on the walls.

The staff was very nice and helpfull. And the room was a good size with comfortable beds.

We found various type of hair on bed sheets. There where still some stains from coffee mugs on shelving unit.

Good location - not far from center (bus and railway station) and Kelvinsgrove park and Woodlands area. Electric kettle and tea/coffee was available.
