The shower area was very small.

Room was clean and comfortable, and an excellent cooked breakfast was included in the price. It was very well located with transport connections in all directions for London attractions, and at a very reasonable price.

Twin,room no14 bathroom,,,- so tiny, sink,far to small shower didn't work very well, had to leave the door open to move about,with door closed no room for movement. Would suit,a 5ft 5 stone person. Other than that ,,we would stay again but ask for bigger room...

The shower could have done with being re-tiled as there were cracks everywhere. There was toothpaste on the floor in front of the sink, as well as the cupboard above the sink, making me struggle to get my head over when cleaning my teeth. And the toilet roll holder was the wrong way round, so the toilet roll kept falling off

Bed was not comfortable, no hairdryer , no kettle in room , no plug in sink , shower broken , no shelf in bathroom for toiletries, curtains not on rail properly , room could be made to look better very cheaply

Very very basic, but overall excellent value for money. We stayed there for the Arsenal game and it’s ideal. It’s clean and okay to sleep there. If you are looking for somewhere to get some sleep, park your car and at the lowest possible cost, it’s okay.

Tea and coffee in the room would've been nice, the bathroom was really small and as it's an old building bits could use a good deep clean and renovate. Wifi was patchy. Window in my room could do with a new handle.

The main reason I came here was the free parking, which is impossible to find in London! Easy to get into and secure, the owners kindly let me leave my car for the day after I checked out. It was a small, but warm, comfy and functional room. I was worried when I saw reviews but it was better than I expected. Breakfast was a really nice bonus and much appreciated. Really close to the tube station and a really nice area.

The shower wouldn't properly drain on the first night. Thankfully only for one night. Could've used a small table lamp by the bedside, and some tea/coffee facilities available in our room.

It was convenient and comfortable stay. Bed's were comfy, and breakfast was delicious. Facilities were all we needed for our trip.

Breakfast was average to poor sorry to say no sauce and no sausages and not much choice could have had cereal as a first choice and be able to pick ether but if we come to London again I'd prob stay here good for tube

The door to the shower didn’t close fully. The WiFi and signal was terrible in my original room in the basement so they kindly moved me to somewhere upstairs.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff and house keeping were super helpful. The pillows were great, one squishy and one flatter. The water was hot in the shower and the pressure was fine. The room was very small but clean and fine for one night.

The heating only works at night, so it can be a bit chilly in the morning, but since we left right after breakfast, it wasn't a significant issue. The TV remote wasn't working, but you can still control the television directly. But it took us some time to found out :D The showerhead only had one functional setting, for the other settings, no water flowed as the holes seemed to be blocked. Also the shower hose leaked, resulting in a very weak water flow. So, for those with long hair, it might take quite a while to wash and rinse.

Accommodation is in a great and quiet location near Hampstead, Camden Town, and the Emirates Stadium. There's a metro station nearby that can take you to the city center in just a few minutes. The breakfasts were excellent, with a choice of three types. I tried them all, and every day I was satisfied and full for the whole afternoon. The rooms were smaller but cozy and entirely sufficient for those who have plans during the day and just need a place to sleep. After all, it's still a Bed and Breakfast. The staff was lovely.
