The TV wasn't linked to the internet and there was no notice of how to sign in, so I couldn't watch use it. It would have been really nice to have a small kettle in the room.

The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. I asked for information on local taxis and the people were very helpful and friendly.

Not only was the bathroom not private, but there was no means of making drinks and no shower gel for the shower. You have to take the toilet paper with you in and out of the shared bathroom.

The shared bathroom looks new.

We was very disappointed to be shown to our room and then to learn we had to share a bathroom with a family with all there belongings all over the floor the sink plug did not work at all and was unhappy to have to share with others when the description said private bathroom , how can it be private if we have to share

Bathroom, shower and toilet are NOT private. Family members were using the facilities, one adult male even discarding worn underwear and socks on the floor presumably for someone to pick up for him at some point! Comfortable bed but did not feel comfortable myself to be honest and left quickly without breakfast.

The only fault I could find was no tea spoon left in the room with the tea and coffee making facilities! A small oversight I'm sure, I had access to the kitchen to self cater but apart from breakfast in the end ate out in Glasgow where I was attending a weekend's training. So only a 9 out of 10, really should be a 9.9 out of 10! 👏🙌🏻

Everything about the stay was excellent from the flexibility of check in with the hosts waiting up for my arrival at midnight driving up from England. The hosts were welcoming, the house and room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished, modern and immaculate, it's a smart pleasant quiet neighbourhood with easy access via bus and train to central Glasgow a 10 minute walk away.

Rest of house lovely and warm but plug in fan heater only source of warmth in my room. Took ages to get warm. Shower is not private, it’s shared. Had to go and ask for toilet roll too. Kettle in the room but then you’ve got to go begging for tea bags and coffee. Hairs and smell from previous guests on bed sheet. Nearly left but alternative would have been to sleep in my van.

First impressions it seems like a nicely decorated, warm, modern house. Such a shame the hospitality is so poor.

- there were no free toiletries in the bathroom as advertised. - bathroom and toilet are not private as mentioned. They're shared. - at some point the hosts had little visitors who were screaming and shouting while running around playing in the house. I found this distracting

The environment is clean. Comfortable bed with lots of extra duvets. The hosts are warm and helpful
