Very clean and comfortable , good location for our needs

A cleanliness issue (just one thing, that I don't want to put here), Patio door didn't lock. People kept trying to log into our TV, meaning we couldn't watch anything. Several items missing from the kitchen, including oven gloves.

Bedrooms were great (although only one had a dressing table). Cleanliness was generally good. Staff were lovely. Overall, it was a lovely apartment.

Arrival time was very strict, and the name of the hotel does not appear at the enrance of the property. One has to guess...

A few annoying issues. If you're a light sleeper try and book an upper floor room. We were on the 1st floor by the road and the traffic noise is very loud. The TV is not connected to an aerial so does not have any main TV channels, only Netflix. There is kitchen with an oven, however no oven glove was provided so we had to use a towel to take things out of the oven. The heated towel rail in the bathroom was switched on but did not work. There was no plug in the bathroom sink making it impossible to fill the sink with water. But the main let down was that there was no hot water on any of the mornings we stayed. When I brought this up with reception, they said we would need to wait for the boiler to reset which would take around 30 minutes. This isn't good enough when you have places to be. On the final morning of no hot water I spoke to reception again and they spoke to maintenance who told them it had been fixed but we'd need to wait for 30 minutes. This was at 10am and check out was at 11am so they said they could allow us an extra hour in the room however after 45 minutes there was still no hot water and we needed to leave. For the price you're paying this is unacceptable.

The location was great, very close to Battersea Power Station, Battersea Park, bus stops and the tube. Apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable.

The apartment was spacious, location was perfect, as we could connect with other parts of London easily..2 minutes walk from the bus station/ train station.

Broken window in master bedroom that wouldn’t close properly. So this was noisy due to the traffic. The shower was good but very hot, i scalded myself when I accidentally nudged the temp control

The washing machine dryer didn’t work and proved a big disappointment when you are looking at having clean clothes during your stay. Also problems with blocked drains and the plumbing - they need to spend some money on a plumber!

Our flat downstairs toilet cistern was poor, hot water limited, TV did not work, damaged items around rooms, needed some TLC

Nothing . Only feedback this is not a brand new build complex but about 15 years old . The outside of the building has dated very quickly and is in need of freshening up The apartment is showing it's age as well, although well maintained

Very large two bedroom apartment with a small balcony,. Apartment was very clean and reasonably well appointed There are two very large bedrooms one with ensuite . There is a very large open plan living /dining room kitchen . There were two comfortable sofas large smart TV and a well stocked kitchen including washing machine It has high ceilings and lots of windows making the place nice and bright Located in the desirable Nine Elms part of Battersea and next to the train station with lots of buses , a supermarket on the ground floor

First night, the heating did not work and was not able to reach the landlord as the reception closes at 8 pm. Ac and central heating problem was not solved but after 2nd day the staff was able to place portable heaters at home which was more than enough.

Location was amazing. House was as it was on pictures and in good condition.

Signage could have been better - on how to get in, the barking dog in the courtyard was a little off putting - though was put away when I was eventually able to get in - Mattress!! quite thin and not very comfortable

Room was spacious and clean - and well stocked with everything you could need - one of my colleagues staying in another room the same didn't have any bedding so at least I was able to let them use the extra bedding in the spare bed in the apartment I had booked as it was only me. Loved the bathroom, great shower with decent pressure

The apartment had multiple cracked pieces of furniture, smelled of cigarette smoke inside the apartment, the showers had built up gunk and the air vents were super dusty. The beds were springy and very worn in.

The location was right next to Battersea power station. Very close to shopping/food. It was a gated apartment which was very comforting.
