We had another great stay at Grays. The location and proximity to the center is perfect. A short stroll but away from the hustle and bustle on a quiet street. Great selection of hot and cold food at breakfast, which is served in a nice light space overlooking the garden. It was the perfect treat before the Bath Half.

It was an absolute bonus to get a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. The room was lovely. Free parking was very handy and it’s only a short walk to the city centre. Staff were very hospitable and helpful with our questions.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The room was extremely welcoming with several options of teas, coffee and snacks. I really appreciated that we had a large glass bottle of water as opposed to plastic and refillable shower gel and shampoo. This is important to me so thank you for choosing to be more sustainable than the larger chains. All of staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, with the gentleman who greeted us providing us with a map and marking out places of interest. The breakfast was delicious with lovely fresh ingredients and a varied choice to suit everyone’s needs. I would also like to say thank you to the breakfast team who were kind, patient and very friendly. And finally, the building and location itself is beautiful. It is located in a lovely quiet tranquil area but at the same time a very short stroll into the centre, so you have the best of both worlds! Thank you to everyone at Greys for making our short break so special and memorable. If you are considering going to Bath, then I recommend that you stay at Greys, you will not be disappointed!

Room was small not much room for a Suitcase

A nice hotel in walking distance to town. Very clean, the room was a little tight with no room for Suitcase. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay again.

A very minor point is the lighting on outside steps at night. A little dark and possibly dangerous? That’s all…

Location great, easy walking distance from Bath but we are walkers. Taxis if needed very good and very reasonably priced. Lovely staff at breakfast and a very good choice, good to have fresh fruit such as melon. Room nice light and airy, comfortable bed.

Our late arrival was accommodated with ease. Parking space available at all times. Entrance hall felt bright and welcoming. Our 1st floor room was warm a well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with a n excellent selection served with a smile. Grays is immaculate throughout and if six stars were available it would gain six.
