There was a £200 safety deposit upon arrival which was taken hastily. This was to be kept should there be any damages to the hotel. Coming from a working class background, £200 taken from our budget straight away was a nightmare. The wardrobe doors were already on the verge of collapse so we were hesitant touch anything in fear of ‘causing’ damage to the property. Upon checking out, the gentleman on the desk made no mention of the deposit until I showed my receipt. This may have been an honest mistake but it seemed as though they would have happily kept our deposit without us causing any damage whatsoever.

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of Denmark Street and this was ideal for carrying our instruments down there for a gig. Furthermore, the staff were pleasant and helpful. We had some issues trying to figure out how the lights worked in the bathroom and we were promptly helped by a nearby cleaner who was more than happy to give us some directions. The bathroom was small but for the price, it is hard to expect anything out of this world. The water pressure on the shower was excellent however in comparison to other places I’ve stayed in London.

WI-Fi does not really work. I didnt need it since i know the area but if you are new to the city and wi-fi is a must maybe dont stay here. Thats the only downside.

Great room, working heating. Amazing PRIVATE bathrooms!!! Friendly staff. Have stayed here twice and will be back in the near future!!!

The mattress was not firm enough and caused a bit of back pain.

The hotel is very well located and great value for money. My only concern is the mattress. It's too soft and I require a hard mattress for my back. Otherwise I am totally happy with it.

What is not advertise is that after you paid accommodation they want £200 in case damages. When you check out you have to present your card again to get refund. There is no breakfast option. Their excuse they are redoing restaurant. I checked previous reviews they have been doing that since 2019.

    Good location from underground.

A bit cramped and you can hear other guests talking . Noisy neighbours walk me up at around 4am banging the door calling each other, I think they were going to the airport. It wasn’t the hotels fault … they still need to make sure to tell their guests to be considerate I think.

The location is great! Easy access to public transportation and if prefer walking then most shops and restaurants are walking distance too,

It felt a bit like it needed some TLC, there was paint peeling, a mirror edging had come off, the stairs were not carpeted (like it had been taken off and not replaced) it just felt it needs some attention. But that’s only cosmetic things, everything else was great.

The location was excellent, right off Tottenham Court Road and really good access to tube links and walking round central London. The staff were all really friendly throughout our stay. The room had everything we needed.

WiFi was broken the whole time. Maybe some one would prefer a restaurant or breakfast at the hotel, which they don't have, I didnt mind since there is a 24h open restaurant next door with surprisingly good quality of food

Very clean. Very polite staff but not a hotel kind of "stiff". Exellent location with high street shopping, cafés, restaurants and theaters on your doorstep. And a underground station right on hand.

I was asked for a credit card so they could put a £200 deposit charge on it. I challenged this by saying that it would affect the spending power on that card if I went to use it ?? and was assured by the receptionist that it wouldn't. Later, at a restaurant, my card (which has a very low credit limit on it), was declined due to the £200 balance pending. A bit embarrassing and I had to use money from another account which I hadn't intended to. Beware.

We booked two rooms and in room 505 my friend found 2 bugs on her bed and squashed them worrying it may be bed bugs. She googled it when she got home and it seems so. I emailed the property to let them know and they have not responded at all.

The location was perfect almost next door to Tottenham Court Road tube and shops The room was small but had an en-suite and shower gel shower cap
