Only one negative, the bed was a bit too hard for my liking, but still slept okay on it.

Nicky was so lovely and came out to greet me when I got lost finding the place (I was driving in the dark) we had a good chat together and saw her again in the morning for breakfast, which was delicious by the way! Room was so spacious, had great view, modern decor with a homey feel and super clean. Will definitely be coming back if I'm in the area!

What didn't you like? Nothing! The app asks me to write 2 or 3 sentances, sorry I can't expand 'nothing' into 2/3 sentances. Opps, it seems that I have.

The breakfast was very good. The room was large, comfortable & well equiped. Wi-fi worked well. Ample parking. Set in the rolling Yorkshire countryside, with views over fields with horses grazing. Of course the horses may not always be there. If I need accommodation in the area again I would very happily stay here again.

Lovely spacious room with a comfy bed. It was nice to arrive and see a range of hot drinks as well as some biscuits. Staff were very accommodating at breakfast when it came to my child's allergy. They gave us soya milk and dairy free spread when asked.

Met at the accommodation and directed straight to our beautiful spacious room, the view was fantastic. The quest house is on the edge of Otley and Ilkley so both towns are easy to drive down to. The breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely. Local tavern was a short walk with a good selection of ales and food. Perfect country parks for walking, can't wait to go back. Everyone made us feel welcome.

Good room nice and clean. In the North Yorkshire countryside, sheep in the fields and very quiet surroundings. Ample parking and a great English breakfast with friendly staff. Nothing at all to complain about. Would stay there again.

I loved everything about my stay, the views were lovely and the accommodation was clean and spacious and so comfortable. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very tasty and cooked to order.

I made a very short notice booking and was called by Nicki to confirm details. My daughter was made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, the view beautiful and we have found somewhere we will use again when visiting.
