I never know when the bar closes this time it closed at 11.45 which was annoying when we wanted another drink before bed and we were in the bar and they didn’t notify us.

Fourth time staying in the last year. It’s so convenient for us as we drive up from Wales and hate staying in central London so staying in Chiswick and then commuting in is ideal. The pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby are great and would advise going out to fund the independent businesses nearby as food and drink is much better quality. This time we stayed on the ground floor - don’t think the rooms are as nice as the others, they’re definitely smaller. However we only ever need it for a bed rather than a hotel experience and for that - it’s comfortable, clean and the staff are good.

As in my previous stay last year, many things have not been improved unfortunately. This is a four star hotel and yet it feels like a 3 star or less in some aspects. The rooms need better cleaning, there were stains here & there on the carpet and bed base. The lighting in the bathroom is awful it really needs more lighting!! The bathtub has a fabric curtain!! Which was not very clean. The mugs and spoons didn’t look very clean. TV had a layer of dust over it & curtains were dusty too. Windows were dirty from inside (oil marks and smudges). On the day of checkout, the coffee bar in the lobby had nobody there to serve me.

I stay here frequently, It’s convenient and within a walking distance to Gunnersbury tube station for the District & Overground trains. The room AC is controllable and excellent, beds have King Koil which is comfortable. They now have kiosks for checking in & out if you want to do it yourself. Upper floors are quieter so there is not much road noise (ambulance sirens etc).

Our bathroom flooded however maintenance sorted immediately and offered us to change rooms but housekeeping cleaned and all was fine . Breakfast was ok not the best I’ve had.

shower was very slow to drain - as we only stayed for 2 nights wasn’t such a problem, we informed reception on check out.

Lovely hotel, our room was large with a very comfy bed, very well equipped with everything needed for a great short stay. Didn’t dine at the hotel but the breakfast looked delicious.. maybe next time. Great for transport links into central London.

the hotel is very good value for the money. just a small thing though. we paid for our entire stay at the arrival. Upon check out, the receptionist told us her colleague at check in made us pay 60 pence less (0,75 cent $)than the entire bill amount (which was around 473 pounds for 4 nights). I know this is technically correct and we did not make any fuss, but I honestly think it was a bit ridiculous. also since it was their fault.

Was given a room for 3pax but the toilet had plenty of issues. No floortrap outside the bathtub hence water pooling if water spills out the tub. Chokage of bathtub when used and toilet was just old. Told the reception and they were quick to turn it around with a new room. Seems like there are 2 buildings and one of them was newly refurbished. Hence the new room given to us had better furnishing.

Near the train station and a grocery shop:) The staff were polite and check in + out was a breeze. There is a 24HR gym with treadmills and a weights area Safe parking for 22£ overnight provided as well

Room 122 was a tight squeeze and an awkward shape. Had to push the bed at an angle in order to get round it to get to the table and chairs, kettle etc. and you couldn't see the TV when sat at the table and chairs. The entire unit was certainly not wheelchair accessible!

Location was good for our needs. For a Deluxe Double Room it was a disappointingly cramped. Enjoyed the water and biscuits. Bathroom, with walk in shower, was excellent.

My room was a bit of a awkward L shape set up due to it being situated on a corner angle of the hotel which made access to one side of the bed difficult to get to, as it was near a corner wall and the gap was tight to walk through. Other than that the bed itself was comfy.

Comfortable stay, good breakfast, good parking, friendly helpful staff, hotel was easy to locate. The location provides easy access to motorway links, local buses and tube links.

Booked a deluxe room, having stayed there before, the room given was not a deluxe as in not to the same standard as stayed previously. Ie, no bathrobes, tv not working correctly, bed not as big and the room itself was not as big. Don’t get me wrong, the room was comfortable and quiet but not as deluxe as previously stayed in
