Bathroom was a little tired, especially with a plastic/fabric shower curtain rather than a glass door. Tap fixtures in bathroom were shaking.

Very friendly front desk. Well-presented foyer with complimentary coffee and fruit. Room was well-presented with everything you needed. Bath products were lovely. Excellent, quiet location. Perfect for the museums, Hyde park, and princess Diana children’s play area.

Corridors are a little tired looking.

Excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk to the Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Rooms were clean, bright and comfy.

Excellent hotel-apartments in a great location, clean and comfortable with everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped for breakfasts, reheating food etc. Coffee machine and free fruit in reception is a welcomed touch. The hotel is a short stroll from Gloucester Rd station on the Picadilly, District and Circle line - you can catch the Picadilly line to and from from Heathrow. We loved our stay made welcome by Citadines’ friendly, helpful staff.

too small for 4 guests, smell from restaurants was in our room. I think, this room is suitable max for 3 person. it was very hard to sleep with this smell. it would be better if cleaning every day.

Great location close to museums, Hyde Park and public transportation. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and pubs in the area. We had a duplex studio which was perfect for the 3 of us. We enjoyed having a little kitchen with a toaster, microwave and even a dishwasher in our room. The hotel supplied tea, instant coffee and bottled water in the room plus there was a coffee machine and water distributor downstairs in the lobby. The people at reception were really friendly and helpful.

Reception area was clean, nicely decorated and smelt divine! Use of the hot drinks machine in the lobby was free to guests which was a lovely touch! Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Sofa bed was very comfortable! Location is very central.

We had booked a room with a double bed and a child bed. reception did not inform the guests how to make the child bed from the sofa. Also there were two twins and not a double bed - as we were rushing did not have time to raise this with reception.

Car parking facilities could be better! On our previous visits, we were provided with a parking space, but this was not the case this time. This did cause some stress trying to find a parking space elsewhere.

One always thinks that it can be better. For two persons is great but for three I think few more things are needed, maybe few shelves, armchair or lazy bag for the living room and it would be perfect.

I would put people here in front of location. Location is great, but everybody was so helpful and responsive. I am really delightful. Check-in, check-out with zero fuss. Apartment was spacious and clean. Also, coffee in the lobby is great.

Excellent staff and welcome. Property was well equipped, lovely comfortable bed, powerful shower and good sized bathroom and kitchen. Lovely bathroom products provided which we didn’t expect. Free lovely coffee in reception. Couldn’t fault this place. Location was excellent with easy access to tube station. No traffic noise at all
