We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomEverything was good but I found the remote for the TV ver grubby and had to clean it myself. As germs on items like these are prevalent then I feel housekeeping should pay more attention to it. The breakfast was good to a degree but for someone that doesn’t eat a full English another form of eggs like scrambled would have been nice. I paid for what I thought was a choice but ended up with cereal and toast which wasn’t worth the money paid.
The location next to the river was wonderful.

United KingdomRoom fine, a couple of hooks for coats would help, especially waterproofs after rain . Partner had Lamb shank in restaurant & I had Sunday Roast. Food was nice. However, when we ordered I was advised when my Partners meal was nearly ready, they would let me know, so I could go to the carvery. This did not happen. My Partners meal was literally dumped in front of him, so I then had to go to the carvery and wait to be served, whilst my Partners food was there already. This was the only issue during the stay, the hotel and it's staff were fine.
Location, able to get a bus into Poole, bus stop literally just a few yards down the road. Also, it is a good base to explore Dorsets Jurassic Coast. Reception staff very helpful. Plenty of parking. Nice room overlooking the River.

Lovely location, good sized car park. WiFi worked well. Friendly efficient staff. I had 2 meals in the restaurant both of which were good. The breakfasts were filling and plentiful.
