We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location is very close to Ilford hill station. which makes commuting very easy. It has a Mall nearby. Restaurants, supermarkets & convenient stores are close by. which adds ease to your stay.

United KingdomUnfortunately I was given the room right next to reception which meant that between the reception phone ringing, loud drunk guests entering noisily, people standing right outside my room window on their phones all night, drunk and speaking very loudly on their phones, I could also hear every person coming in and going out which meant I did not get any sleep until around 4am only to be woken by disrespectful people banging and stamping about at 6am. The milk provided for coffee and tea was all out of date unfortunately. The television remote did not work and the remote was missing its back battery. When I finally managed to get the television to work with the button on the actual television, most of the channels did not work due to the aerial being faulty. Had no connection to WiFi either and neither was a password for it offered. The cars are parked right up against the room windows so if you end up with a front facing room beware of the sheer amount of noise you will encounter. There are no signs to ask guests to keep the noise down either. The area is also full of people speeding up and down the road at all hours, many of who park outside the hotel and sit idling in their cars for hours on end so be warned if you are looking for somewhere quiet as this is not it.
Free parking. Working kettle in room. Relatively clean. Towels provided. Lovely reception staff. Good location for high street and train station.

United KingdomNo shampoo, it was noisy during the night as people coming and going and the cleaning staff came in our room 2 times while we were sleeping after knocking and no answer which was a bit weird but we told reception and it never happened again
there was breakfast every morning, the location is a 5 minute walk from loads of shops and a mini shopping centre the kitchen staff were amazing and it was a decent sized room with our own bathroom.

The room was good but with not much privacy as there were people smoking outside my window much of the time in the evening. The people coming back late in the night/early hours of the morning were loud and would wake us up. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. They could improve by adding more items to the menu, such as hash browns, fried eggs, mushrooms (fried), and a choice for vegetarians. The toaster breaking down in the middle of serving breakfast was bad news. In summary, it was a good and pleasant sleep over.
