We only stayed for one night and it was perfect but may be a little small for a couple to stay for a longer period of time but overall no concerns.

The staff member that greeted us for check in and check out was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with good facilities (kettle, shower gel, etc). Overall cheap and cheerful!

My rented vehicle was damaged whilst seated in the hotel car park. The car was parked in direct line of sight of the reception. But no staff member made any indication to advise what and how it happened.

Room was cleaned daily and for the price there were no thrills. Space for a family of 4 in one room, with ability to move around. No breakfast but felt okay for the priced we paid. Location was key for trips into London.

Electronic lock on the door seemed to malfunction in the morning on day of checkout & seemed to be permamanently unlocked. No staff available to notify of this before leaving No staff on reception at time of checkout, which was 8am. No response by staff on morning of checkout to reception bell or telephone.

Location convenient for Underground station. An easy walk into the centre of Hounslow. My room was in the newer part of the hotel. Comfortable for a short stay. There is some traffic noise but didn’t cause me any real problem.

The room I had is next to the reception, which means you can hear guests coming and going.

Even though it was a non-smoking room, it still smelled of smoke. There were numerous cigarette butts outside our window which makes me think people were smoking out of the window. (Room was actually clean, but marked down room cleanliness as it smelled of stale smoke).

Room was as described, clean and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in process was smooth and easy.

The quiet room assigned at the back of the hotel was small. Difficult to walk around with luggage on the floor. The writing desk was too close to the bed, making desk work a little uncomfortable.

Location was fairly good, being walking distance to Hounslow Central Tube station. Direct bus services available to Hounslow town centre, as it is located a little further away. Room had coffee/tea making facilities. WiFi was good.

thin walls could hear other guests.

the parking on site was great. the he shower & bathroom was great. high pressure from the shower and hot water. staff were great at check in / out and the cleaner offered us fresh towels and toilet paper for our second nights stay. all in all a great stay and base for a visit to watch the rugby at Twickenham stadium.

Parking was a bit of a squeeze and we had to bother other residents to let us out as they’d trapped us in. Be aware that the area has a low omissions charge and it cost us £25 to drive to hotel and back out!

Functional, nice shower with tea and coffee facilities. Bed was comfortable and bedding and room clean. About 30 min walk from Twickenham. Not luxury but has everything you need. Room 104 at the rear of the property is nice and quiet.

We booked because it said it included breakfast, but then we woke up and asked and the staff advised they aren’t doing it at the moment. We mentioned that we paid extra for it, but the staff member was not helpful.

You need to be thin & midget to be in the room. Size 12 up stay away. I felt suffocated due to the size of room. I suppose it reflects the price. Lack of shelve/space in the bathroom. I put my toothbrush & toothpaste etc on top of the WC cistern. & where will i put the towel when i shower??? I hang on the shower panel & get wet!!! Simple hooks behind the door will do the trick but guess what no one thought about it!!!!!

Hotel is pleasant but at the time we were there renovation work was going on a lot of noise & hallway was full of materials & tools. Our room was small & the bathroom was even smaller. I guess you get the price you paid for which is quite reasonable. Only good for very short stay as the size of the room is a lot to be desired. The excellent point is walking distance to the tube & late night shops. Front desk was polite. Love Ramona the only star in the hotel. She's awesome & friendly. The hotel is lucky to have her.

The towels is look disgusting have few side with yellow marks in it. Not just one towel but few towels. Look not clean. Bathroom have no space for me to set my morning essentials stuff. Not convenient.

Location is good close to the tube station and free parking.

Noisy early hours ..staff not very friendly ...handed my key card in spoke to receptionist she didnt even bother to look away from the computer and mumbled ...great for plane spotters
