Great apartment, from booking to checking in and checking out, all went really smoothly. Alexandru was very helpful. Even with building works this doesn't take away from the beautiful apartment which is finished to a high standard. Perfect location and worked perfectly for us for our family stay in Bristol. Car parking was easily arranged and worked really well for our stay.

The building was covered in scaffolding which blocked the view. But this is outside the hostess' control. The extractor in the 2nd bathroom is a little loud tho.

The apartment is spacious, very well kept and clean. It's got easy access to transportation, green spaces, shops, touristy places. The kitchen is stocked with all key appliances. The hostess is very friendly. I also liked that she left clear and detailed descriptions on how to access the apartment.

We knew about the scaffolding etc, but it was a shame it was more of a tarpaulin cover than a net cover so had no idea what the weather was like, let alone see anything. Not their fault though and we knew. There was noise from local bars into the evening, nothing major or too late but there were also a few times we were disturbed in the night with people shouting outside or a police siren going off - something to expect from city Centre though.

Location was great, staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms spacious, kitchen well equipped. Even washing up liquid, sponges and dishwasher tabs plus tea towel and oven gloves. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash plus soaps and toilet rolls provided. Washing machine/tumble drier very handy - bring some washing powder if you want to use it. Had a minor complaint about a smell in the room, strong cooking smells absorbed into sofa, as soon as I told them they sorted it, replacing cushion covers and spraying. Smell gone! Brilliant.

Excellent service. The location is central, and the property is very clean and all services are available within a short walking distance.

The cooker didn't work great, and the utensils in the kitchen weren't very practical for cooking.

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and centrally located. The scaffolding on the building exterior did not bother us at all while in the apartment.

We were not told that we could not drive to the block, so we had to carry luggage and supplies for five weeks quite a long distance to the flat. We were not told that we had to be at the flat by 6.00pm when the office closed otherwise we would not be able to get the keys and so we had to wait for nearly and hour while this was sorted out. If the office had been in touch with us this all could have been avoided.

Everything, really. The management were very kind and responsive and willing to help with any problems even checking on my wife when she had not answered her phone for a long period.

The construction noise was loud, but explained & expected. Also close to bars/eateries which can harbor some loud, rowdy folks in the evening hours.

Excellent location. We easily walked to all sights, shopping and eateries. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. We were upgraded from a deluxe to superior and it was SO nice to have the extra space!

The apartment was clean and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with a variety of useful appliances and kitchenware, and having a washing machine in the apartment was a fantastic bonus! It was the perfect location, with easy access to both the shopping center and the city center. Every member of staff were so friendly and welcoming and accommodating! A wonderful experience!

Our flight got delayed, so I sent a message to them to change the check in from meet and greet to self check in, they sent us an email with all the details plus a video for directions it was very informative and helpful

The apartment was very clean and finished to a high standard. The issue of scaffolding round the building was all explained prior to booking and was not an issue. The price reflected this and the property was excellent value for money.
