The bathroom was a bit congested but it's okay.

The location was superb, just in the heart of the tourist area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The beach was 5 min walk from the hotel. If you're lucky, you may get a seaview room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tried to give us comfort as much as possible. We got a roadside room which was kind of a busy road but the noise wasn't that extreme. The bed was comfy. Overall we had a very nice time.

Parking was quite a problem as i am disabled and cant walk far. My husband had to drop me off & then park in the long stay car park. There definitely needs to be disabled parking somewhere

Rhia & Dom were fabulous hosts, Rhia met us at the car with an umbrella as the weather was awful. Our room was amazing, very spacious and very clean and the views were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Breakfast was very good,cooked exactly how i like it. Thankyou so much for a fabulous stay.

Absolutely perfect location, right in the town and just a few minutes’ walk to a choice of stunning beaches. Incredible views in the breakfast room and sea view bedrooms. We were welcomed warmly with home-made cookies. Our room was bright and very comfortable. Great choice on the breakfast menu and our breakfasts both mornings were delicious. Really excellent value for money in the high season and our hosts couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.

Had to keep the window shut at night as a little noisy but not too much that we couldnt sleep. We also didnt like the fact that we had to leave to come home!

Fantastic central location with fabulous hosts, Dom and Rhia. Our room overlooked the High Street so you could sit and watch the world go by. Room was well equipped with a very comfy bed and breakfast was amazing. Served in the dining room you could sit and admire the amazing sea view. It was so lovely to get back to breakfast being served to you. In so many cases now COVID is the excuse not to serve breakfasts anymore but to simply cater for yourself which, in my opinion, isnt quite the same when you are away on holiday, so thank you for this service Dom and Rhia. Nothing was too much trouble and we were even supplied with delicious home made cookies which were yummy. There are many wonderful beaches all within walking distance of the B&B. Both Dom and Rhia had great local knowledge and was able to suggest places to visit. Will definitely be back again! You guys are amazing. Thank you.

We couldnt stay longer .

Location perfect in Newquay . We had a sea view room . Amazing view over stunning beach . Very comfortable mattress (hypnos) , best sleep ever .. Guest house owned and run by very friendly / enthusiastic Young couple who couldnt do enough for their guests . At breakfast they cooked up a storm ! Will be back . Thank you both !

We loved how close we were to everything but still quiet. Run by a lovely couple and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing.. we will diffenutly be returning!!! Will always remember this holiday 💍💍 Can't wait already to come back!!!

I stayed in the UK for one month and Cliff House was right up there with the best places I stayed at. Rhia and Dom went out of there way to help with everything I requested. The room was fantastic with a great view. The location is perfect and the breakfast was very nice.

The en-suite bathroom was very little - done the job but not much room in there at all.

We had such a positive and warm welcome from Rhia, not only that but the cooked breakfast was amazing! She recommended some great things to do and places to eat. Our room was tidy, clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities which came in good use. The location was ideal to walk into town and make the most of our stay in Newquay. Also it was just a short walk from a very cheap car park that Rhia recommended. Rhia made yummy cookies every day and we were free to chill in the breakfast room which was lovely as the weather wasn’t too great when we stayed.

Dom and Rhia were super friendly & accommodating hosts, cliff house is in a great location within a 5 minute walk to the harbour & beach, spacious room which was beautifully decorated, stunning sea views and views of the harbour, really comfortable beds, great breakfast and good facilities what an amazing B&B! Beautiful place and had the most amazing views from the room of the beach. Location couldn’t have been any better, walking distance from all of the main beaches and also close to lots of restaurants/pubs. Breakfast served in the morning was lovely and the staff were very accommodating and were always happy to give recommendations on activities and things to do and see in the area.
