We have stayed several times at this hotel but this time were provided with a room next to the road. We like the window open so was a little noisy

Buffet breakfast was quite good and very hot! Restaurant located at back of hotel with very large open aspect over large garden and sea! Nice gardens to walk through to walk along sea front. Beds were comfy

Service, there were 2 people on in the evening which was to cover the bar and restaurant. We waited over an hour for a meal we had pre ordered 🙃

Room was very warm, even with window open a little bit..as only opens a bit. Cleaning, just little more detail, behind the bedside tables when putting chargers in, there was a pencil/pen & little bits of rubbish. Bathroom soap dispenser could do with a new one.. and bit of a update overall. Man on in the evening, for dinner, was bit rude & miserable. Looked like he didn't want to be there.! Rude, older lady on reception. Duvets stained..could do with new ones..& noticed small tiny hole on my sons Duvet cover.!

Big room, lovely views. Some of the staff are lovely. My little boy helps take the breakfast stuff to the waitresses in morning, when he finished. He's only 3. Evening meal was nice. Able to park car, as quiet. Mainly clean

Room 207. Extremely draughty around the window to the extent that we had to fill the gaps with toilet roll to try and keep the draught down. Although the breakfasts were very good, requests for anything additional (poached eggs) were either very slow or just forgotten. Daily room refresh was not of a standard expected. Bed was not made, dirty cups and glasses were not replaced. Bathroom is in need of a refresh

Location was excellent Downstairs rooms were very well maintained, upper floor bedrooms not so much. Views from lounge and bar were very good

    Super dog friendly, lovely hotel

The first room we stayed in was over looking the bins (108) which were emptied at 6 in the morning. Also if the staff are outside smoking you can smell the smoke. Only point I would mention is the shower in both the rooms are very weak.

The room we were moved to. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. If you want fried eggs/poached you need to ask. The location was superb if you walked through the gardens out of the bottom gate you were on the seafront. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is super dog friendly (so if you don't like dogs don't stay there) so there are dogs everywhere. It is not a modern hotel very oldy worldy

The bath/shower was deep & narrow & the shower curtain too long. I had difficulty getting in & out safely. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the breakfast room to reduce the queue at the coffee machine & to have boiling water for the tea.

I was very cosy & comfortable in bed & slept very well. The room was a good size.
