There was nothing to dislike but as a suggestion we feel the kitchen would benefit from having a microwave available, a small coffee table in the living room area would also 'finish it off'

An exceptional apartment, large, airy rooms, all very clean with access to a small garden with furniture. Located within walking distance to shops and seafront. Debra couldn't have done more to help, would highly recommend the apartment

Very well presented and lots of Room for 2 guests. Washer and tumble dryer a big bonus if you stay for the week. Comfy bed and fully kitted out kitchen with dish washer.

This lovely apartment was a very comfortable and extremely clean place to spend our few days away. We were easily able to visit several of the nearby beaches and also spent a lovely day in Durham which was very close by. Our communications with the friendly owner were great. Many thanks again 😊

A lovely apartment with everything you need. Fantastic location, step outside the front door and you can see the sea, brilliant. Well placed for walking to local restaurants and the beach. Great communication with Debra. We really enjoyed Seaham.

The apartment was very tastefully decorated, spotless and the moment you opened the front door it smelled clean and fresh, perfect. Lovely little touches like coffee pods and snacks were very welcome.

the lock on the front door was a bit fiddly

It's in a great location, its walkable from the train station and close by to the supermarket! its also in a central location if you are walking as its near to the bus stops / the beach and local shops. The apartment was lovely and well furnished and clean! Debra was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Fabulous apartment, really spacious and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. The bedroom had plenty of storage, comfy bed, and very quiet. Great big comfy sofa. Well equipped kitchen, excellent shower. There were so many thoughtful touches, like the welcome pack. Very informative book, and clear instructions. Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

People say, you can always improve but the Coastal Apartments are on top of it!! We stayed two weeks they did come in and change out sheets/towels after the first week. They had drinks/snacks available for us too. If, anything was needed we just called and they were right there to assist us. Top notch property, you see the care and love they put into the property and want all visitors to enjoy!!

The location is centrally located and within walking distance to whatever you may need. From going to the grocery store, a restaurant, local shopping, and to the local beaches!! The apartments are in a very quiet and comfortable area that bring all the English charm of the old brick buildings but all the upgrades within the units to make you feel you are not lacking or needing anything! Don't miss out on this hidden gem of a place we will be coming back!!

Stylish, welcoming, clean and well positioned with a seaview to your right as you step outside the front door. Coffee, tea and snacks were a welcome surprise. Very helpful host. Free on street parking. Lovely courtyard garden. Perfect!

The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and its design is stylish and modern. It's very beautiful. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities and items provided. We really like it here. We will definitely stay here again for our next holiday.
