Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomI found the room quite cold even with the aircon turned up to 22. It’s also quite difficult to get to if you don’t have a car!
The room was huge and the staff were very friendly. Food was delicious and really comfortable bed.

United KingdomThe only minor point was that there was no tea/coffee in the room on arrival but the receptionist rectified that immediately when we mentioned it. The bar area was busy and there were a couple of complaints on the wait for food while we were waiting to be served drinks (it was a Saturday night approx 7pm)

United KingdomHave previously stayed a number of times here however the pool area this time seems to require some renovation and maintenance ,one shower by pool out of order ,sauna not working + shortage of towels and was told to use towel from room.
Room was as we requested on the ground floor and was excellent . Staff were very effecient helpful and friendly. Food was ok both breakfast and dinner .

Room was fabulous. Lovely and spacious. As arrived late had Room Service for dinner which was from The Rib restaurant and was really tasty and plenty of it. In the morning I had breakfast great choice of continental and cooked could not ask for more. Coffee was lovely as were the staff

United KingdomThere was “no space” in the restaurant for dinner so we ate in the bar area. The tables had not been cleared from previous guests so we wiped one down ourselves. The food was very overpriced for what was served and quite slow, bar service for drinks was also very slow. We decided not to book for breakfast due to the quality of the evening meal and feeling ripped off.
Room was large. The pool was nice.

I booked this trip for a special occasion and they went out their way to make this extra special for us! before booking I messaged to see if they could add things to the room before arriving - the lady on reception as I arrived was lovely and we arranged for this to happen. on arrival in the room there was a card and macaroons as a ‘happy birthday’ from everyone at the hotel which was a nice surprise. the restaurant we ate in - ribs house- highly recommend eating here. it was really good. the breakfast was very good, plenty of different options! the pool/spa was good. overall a really relaxing night away
