Location, cleanliness, super helpful staff, welcoming and comfort

Washer/dryer combo wasn't great. Unfortunately, our clothes never dried, and we had to travel with heavy wet clothes. No worries, didn't hamper our stay, I'll just remember not to wash next time. :-) The elevator was tiny, couldn't fit bags and people. Again, no worries, we sure got our exercise :-)

Staff were great! Room was modern, clean, spotless, spacious, adorable, lovely old charm. Location was close to restaurants and train one direction and Chelsea stadium the other. We had an absolutely fantastic stay!

Nothing we can think of

First time trying a serviced apartment - this changed my mind. Having comforts of home is unbeatable - washing machine, fridge, microwave, the works. Having a common living area was wonderful. The wifey felt very comfortable knowing that she could see or check in on the girls easily. Cleaning service was top notch. Walking distance to the tube, groceries, and to museums.

The lift was small and you can hear people moving around. My hot water was shut off for about 3hrs for maintenance, but they called to let me know I only had 30mins to get a shower.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It has a lot of restaurants to choose from in the area. It is walking distance to Nature Museum, train station, and Chelsea Statium.

- one key per apartment and staff asks you to leave it at the reception whenever you leave. we didn't find this convenient and justified (even by fire/safety policies); - some apartments list 'desk' as a facility, but it's not present. thankfully, staff has provided one to us, as it was essential for work.

Terrific location, quiet street, very clean and comfortable apartment, well-furnished, good heating in winter, 24h reception.

We needed to do laundry during our stay. Laundry instructions would have been helpful -- the machine is not what Americans are used to.

Excellent family apartment in a safe, nice, convenient location. We were about an 8 minute walk from Gloucester Rd. Tube station, which took us all over London. Also had many good restaurants within walking distance. Caught ride-shares easily from our location. Reception was friendly and helpful.

Washing machine very prominent in kitcgen

Very nice one bed apartment in a well appointed block in a prime South Ken street. Kitchenette had everything you might need. Nice living space with a small table. Beautiful bedroom with floor to ceiling mirrors.

It’s was a little noisy one out of the 3 nights. Our daughter was on the sofa bed in living room which was on the ground floor facing onto the street.

It’s was pretty much perfect, lovely decor spotless, very comfortable beds. Apartment well stocked everything we needed was to hand.

Go and engage in all the wonderful tourist activities in other neighborhoods but come back home to a beautiful , quiet , classy and civilized neighborhood like South Kensington. This place is perfectly located close to Hyde Park. Close to 2 convenient Underground stations and you are still a 15 minute walk to some great museums. Staff are very attentive. Apartments are very clean and relatively spacious for London. 24 hr front desk attendant. Great stay.

There was building works on the room above that was a bit distracting. But not too bad.

The location was good. We arrived by car, but after that we were able to use either of two tube stations, Earl's Court and Gloucester Road. Both were about 5min walk away. As we were staying for seven nights the kitchen and living room were important to us as was the washing machine. All good. Room serviced daily - except weekends. There was a lift, but a member of staff took our bags up to our room and collected them again for us on check-out. The 24 hour concierge was always helpful. The standard of room was also very good. The shower and bathroom was also good.

The two bed room flat was nicely decorate, clean and cosy on the ground floor with a lovely living room. Reception staff were super friendly and attentive. The location is wonderful as you are within walking distance of both Gloucester Road and Earls Court road tube stations as well as nearby markets M&S Foodhall, Waitrose, Tescos and a multitude of coffee shops. shops. Quiet road and location. I normally stay in this region as I lived nearby for over a decade, this is now my home away from home when staying in London.

The plumbing was noisy so I needed to wear earplugs to sleep. There was no Cafetière (French Press) as advertised and because there’s no housekeeping at weekends we ran out of milk; pretty minor but I do love coffee!

I felt really safe which was important as I was in the property on my own for two of the three nights. The location was quiet and a nice easy walk to the museums & nearby tube station. The staff were lovely, kitchen was well equipped, Tv had Amazon Prime. Beds were super comfortable, & they were really flexible about us just needing the sofa bed for one night. Plenty of instant coffee & tea bags in kitchen. Luggage storage on arrival and departure was efficient & meant I could make the most of my stay.

There was no other accessible way to access our apartment except stairs. The staff were very helpful with luggage though, but it’s probably important to note any accessibility requirements when booking as there does seem to be lifts for other parts of the building.

It was very spacious, felt like walking into a house. Very modern and nicely decorated. Incredibly clean with everything you need for a stay. The WiFi was easy to log into and string even though we were in a basement flat. It was incredibly comfortable to be there. Staff were very nice and house keeping were very diligent.

The temperature in the apartment was too warm overnight. However, we didnt ask the concierge for any help with this when perhaps we should have done so.

Floorboards very squeaky. Woken at 6am by above apartment. Resident walking around for some time.
