Some nights ,it were cold we have to use instruments which have to be plugged off before we go sleep.Because of that we have to wait to warm the room before we go sleep

Unfortunately, the bathroom had a small bathing area, which I can understand, but the worst thing was it looked clean, but it had an intense bad smell, we could not identify if it was from the bathroom itself or from piping. If this point were improved, it would be a very good stay.

The room has a good size for a short trip, the beds were very comfortable, and the location is very close to Underground trains with many restaurants around. The breakfast is not so diverse, but it is more than enough to feel satisfied. Sincerely, I expected less from an included-in-price breakfast, but it was really good, actually.

The bathroom sink - nowhere for toiletries and toothbrush!

The room was small but adequate and bed was comfortable and everything clean. Coffee/tea was plentiful. The only downside was the bathroom sink - nowhere to put your toiletries and toothbrush! Shower was good. Breakfast perfectly good and coffee, juice, water flowed freely! Staff really pleasant without being in your face. Next time we're in London for an overnight stay, we'll definitely be back

Great location. Very close to Paddington and Tube stations. Some great bars and restaurants close by. We had a nice quiet room on lower ground floor. No iron in room but was provided very quickly on request.

Bathroom too small and basic. TV had only baby channels for kids.

The room and bathroom were very cramped and also the lower plug socket by the kettle was not working (room 104) which meant our battery pack for our mobiles didn’t charge , leaving us very little phone use in London the following day!

Breakfast was a nice bonus and adequate for our needs.

The room was a bit dusty and noisy from the street (old windows). Old furniture, with an old moldy smell in the entire hotel. The bathroom is airplane-size. The toilet got stuck in the first day, it got solved in a (very long) hour.

The location is good, a few minutes from the Paddington train station, stores and restaurants. We had a quadruple room, which was okay. The small but fresh complimentary breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was included, but it only started at 8 in the morning and we were not able to enjoy it, because we had an early flight out.

The location so close to Paddington Station was perfect. About a 5 minute walk for our family of 9. The "Row Hotel" effect was fascinating and on a beautiful street. It truly gave a taste of "London Life". We would definitely book here again if we are back in London.

The room had three beds which was perfect for our needs but there was not much room to move around or for suitcases.

The hotel was in a great location close to many tourist sites and a couple blocks from the train station.

Room was compact (104) bathroom is a pod, bit like a campervan, but functional. Room could do with a bit of attention to detail, like a good vacuuming, build up of dust around the edges.and removal of cobwebs would be better. Broken glass/ cracked bedroom window sticky taped together. Window safety restrictors broken, not an issue for adults, but could be a child hazard, as the lower window is sash style out to the balcony.. even has a sign stuck to the window saying it's a health n Safety issue and the window is restricted for that reason!

Good location, friendly reception. Breakfast is quite good. Continental style with good choice of beverages. Clean towels, shower gels and hand cleanser in the bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. .

- Breakfast was okay, quite basic but totally fine for the price we paid - Our room was in the basement but we still had a window and some daylight :)

- Perfect location for exploring London - Very friendly staff, everyone was super helpful and they were also very quick with replying on Booking when we had questions - Overall clean with enough towels, shower gel, soap etc.

Room and bathroom was quite small and old fashioned. Heating only comes on at night. Bed is small. A member of staff walked into our room one morning with no explanation as to why

Bathroom was like a caravan one in a room but did all work and was clean.

It was great perfect location and can leave bags which was amazing! Bed comfy room clean and tidy bathroom worked well but wasn’t 10/10 in decor or position. Breakfast was continental but was yum and a good start.
