The room was very tired in appearance and quite simply did not feel like a quality hotel. The bathroom had mold on the grouting in places and gave a feeling of disappointment that I would not expect at a McDonald's Hotel, I have stayed here before but probably would not again.

The staff, to a person, were first class. They were welcoming friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, the food was excellent and the public areas were very pleasant.

More attention needed to cleaning - bathroom bin was left full of something unpleasant. Toiletries a little sparse - no shower gel for example. Tea & coffee in room also not enough, although more was provided on request.

Location was excellent. Next to the river and easy walk into Marlow. Large car park. Nice terrace and garden overlooking river. staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely location! Nice outdoor are for relaxed drinks by the river . Great views for breakfast and from the room. Parking was also easy. Enjoyed a meal at the restaurant too and a nice morning walk along the river.

easy to upgrade bedrooms on arrival, the super deluxe was a lovely big room with nice view. all staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. dinner in the Riverside restaurant was very good

The bathroom was a little tired, and the breakfast wasn't very good, ours was included in the price but if I had to pay the £26 I would've been very unhappy, the porridge was like milky soup and the English breakfast was bland and too oily.

The location was superb, the dinner was excellent, and the staff were very good, but, the most outstanding part was the service from Hulya, she was so attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, we've travelled to many hotels but I believe Hulya was the best I've ever experienced.

Room a little on the small side and could easily hear noise of fellow guests passing in corridor outside room. Still, it's an old building, so there that's just a small compromise

The room was a very tired and could do with some TLC. We got a great deal on Booking.com, but I would not have been happy if I had paid full price. Due to the nature of the building we had sash windows which were drafty and the heating was not very effective and no instructions in room on how to work heating. This hotel could be amazing but clearly needs a refurb. Bar prices were a bit steep (£26 for a G&T and a coke) and the although our breakfast was included, there were supplements on many dishes. Breakfast was OK but not worth the £26pp they were charging had we not been on a B&B rate.

The setting by the river was lovely. We had a deluxe room which overlooked the wier. The river was very full so the wier was quite noisy but fascinating to watch. Staff very friendly and helpful. We ate in Sindhu which was part of the reason for the visit and were not disappointed.

Little bit dated rooms and facilities. No USB chargers in rooms although a plug adapter was loaned from reception. Even with this not possible to have mobile devices on bedside table.

Excellent position and views. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Hulyga in the restaurant, who went out of her way to make our stay the best it could be. The food was superb dinner and breakfast. We were given a complimentary upgrade and were allowed to check in early. Free parking right in the town.
