Owner was lovely and staff were lovely. All very welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. Rooms were absolutely gorgeous, bed was so comfortable. Whole place was absolutely spotless. Situated in a really good area too, short walking distance to all the main parts.

Being really picky here but the TV was quite old, with no Netflix or ability to get on BBC iPlayer etc. Have stayed at some properties for a similar price point which have smart TVs.

Spotlessly clean, warm and helpful staff, free parking (on the driveway), comfy beds. Excellent communication with Janice and her Dad. Room was lovely and warm. Tea and coffee provided, great to have a little fridge too.

The Guest house is spotlessly clean. Beautiful comfy room everything you need is there. Slept really well in comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious Janice & her father were very welcoming & friendly. Will definately visit again & will recommend to friends.

There was absolutely nothing I felt was negative about the property.

The property was absolutely immaculate, the rooms are tastefully decorated, warm and very modern. The facilities in the room were amazing, plenty of bathroom products, tea and coffee, biscuits, bottled water, a mini fridge ( a welcome addition to store insulin for a type 1 diabetic ). Beautiful bed linen and towels. Black out blinds, flat screen tv. Bathroom pristine with shower and vent axia lovely and hot and easy to operate. Clean towels always available. The communal lounge area absolutely stunning. Dining room warm and inviting and well laid out. Access was great and located near to local amenities. The frontage is superb and lovely seating outside with a car parking area. The property was lovely and peaceful and quiet and help always on hand from the amazing wonderful proprietors.
