Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWindow in the room was broken so didn't shut at the top of the frame letting in the traffic noise which was a bit of a pain but I didn't complain so in all fairness I should stop whinging.
Great staff very welcoming and helpful, excellent "help yourself" breakfast with really great produce and choice, evening meal was really tasty again with great produce and service.

United KingdomNo room service menu in the room so had to go to reception to ask for one even though I mentioned on check-in I was looking to order food. Shower was tepid.
Nicely furnished. Spacious rooms and good size. Thankfully a dressing table / desk with a mirror. I stay in a lot of hotels with rooms designed by men! Never a mirror near the hairdryer plug so this was nice to see a well appointed room. The room was ready to check in early as I had requested for business meeting.

Unfortunately, the hot water went off in our part of the hotel. We had to visit another room for a shower which was very inconvenient and we were offered no compensation.
