Spider webs everywhere, no coffee or any extras supplies, no grocery store close by to get supplies. Recycling bin overflowing and garbage left from prior renters . Couch and chairs were slanted and sunk in, felt unstable. Coffee machine leaked all over counter . Dryer did not work well at all. Wifi did not work well and therefore tv wasn’t working well.

Location was nice , sheep right outside your windows, nice view

The garden was neglected, as was the bench outside. The house itself is poorly maintained. The walls are stained and whith holes. It's a shame because the house is great and spacious. Not enough hand towels were provided. It feels like an abandoned house. For the price, it deserves more maintenance

It is a very big, clean and quiet house. It is perfect for rest and visita skye

As a family of four, we slept only in the top floor bedrooms, but the double bedroom didn’t have an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are huge, it would have been nice to have an additional bathroom en-suite upstairs. Also, there are no mirrors in the bedrooms, and with only one bathroom it was hard getting ready in the morning. Adding mirrors in the bedrooms would definitely help. But these are minor issues, everything was great

This house was great, good location for exploring Skye, as well as secluded and quiet. Easy to find on Google maps. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Fully equipped with kitchenware, washing machine and dryer. Definitely recommend!

Wifi wasn't working. The only time it was needed was late night when we wanted to look at photos or something on tv so wasn't so big a deal but still the only thing that can be improved as everything else was just perfect.

    Everything's was perfect.

The house was generally lovely. However, could do with some improvements by providing shelving and hooks in the bathroom and more loo paper. More pots and pans in the kitchen to cook for 6, and it would have been nice to have a full or half a bottle of washing up liquid.

The house is a pretty little cottage surrounded by skye land and greenery, beautiful. House was warm and spacious, but some of the floor boards were a bit creaky.

The house needs a little love and maintenance, i.e.,broken towel racks, broken floor tiles, some mould and an incomplete and mixed up set of puzzles.

The house was very nicely located and spacious,, the beds were great and the views from the cottage amazing.

It was storybook. We couldn’t believe we had to leave. It felt as though we were home. Close to Quiraing and Fairy Glenn’s. It was perfect for our family of 7. We will look to stay here on our next visit.

The grass seemed a little over grown but maybe that is intentional/normal for this time of year. Not a detractor in any case 🤷‍♀️

Loved the location! We were able to book somewhat last minute, which made our trip to Skye much easier and more enjoyable!

I liked everything about this place. They had all the necessary items needed for the kitchen. A coffee pod machine for morning coffee, dishwashing liquid, hand wash, salt, pepper etc. One thing I would like to add is a cleaning spray to clean the kitchen counter top after cooking.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed. Waking up to the amazing countryside view made my mornings even better. It was close to a lot of must visit places in Isle of Skye. Portree was only 17 mins away.

Lack of cleaning products/ equipment to clean floors or benches, no handwash liquid or hand towels provided nor tea, coffee or sugar. The mirror was not secured appropriately on wall and fell on our one year old child. The recycling bin was completely full on arrival so no space for our recycling for our 5 night stay. Needed better signage to find cottage on arrival.

Beautiful views, rural position of cottage, underfloor heating was lovely. Layout of cottage was very nice especially suitable for elderly guests as there is a bedroom and bathroom on lower level.

The only problem i found in the property is when we first enter we happens to see a worm near front door and would recommend the staff to take care of this. Also we would recommend to have mirrors in the bedroom for dressings as its missing in all rooms

The property is really nice and comfortable for a group of 6 people. Rooms are really nice and the location is impressive

Our two-night stay here was fantastic. The house is beautifully decorated, spotless and cozy. Convenient location, comfortable amenities and all-around great experience. We mistakenly left a jacket in the property when we left and the owner was kind enough to post it back all the way to Aberdeen. If you are travelling to Isle of Skye, I highly recommend this property.
