Staff were friendly, good location; 'quadruple' room perfect for three of us adults.

Would have loved a bathtub in the bathroom. Definitely enough space for it. Also rooms look very dated and furniture could do with an upgrade. Didn't really affect us as only staying one night but would have bothered me if I was staying longer.

There was nothing extra to do, like a pool table, pool, etc.

Breakfast was ok, some things, like croissants and scrambled eggs, missed out. Location was good, ten minutes with the bus to the lovely city center, which is a must to visit.

Breakfast was very good - fruit, cereals, fruit juice, boiled eggs, toast, jam and tea or coffee, staff were pleasant and helpful, room clean and comfortable and the bus to the city centre stopped nearby.

I felt the beds could have been a bit better. And also the flush in the bathrooms could be nicer as well.

The location of the house was amazing, just a bus ride away from the Oxford city centre. The rooms were quite nice. However, I felt the beds could have been a bit better. The breakfast was also nice, the serving lady took into our considerations and allergies.

I arrived around 6pm, so it was dark, and not knowing the exact location, I drove by it twice. But sat nav kept telling me I’d arrived!!😅 The sign was not clear to see. I’d been informed it was a first come, first served basis with on-site parking, and managed to park up ok. I’m unsure if the heating switched off at all, but it got too warm early hours, and the bed was up against the radiator and I didn’t know how to turn it off. Was up early hours needing to open the window, but discovered it wouldn’t stay ajar; it opened wide of its own accord. This made me nervous as the window led directly on to a flat part of a roof, possibly making it accessible from outside, which looked out onto large gardens and trees. TBH - the view from my window was beautiful, but not at 2-3am! And arriving in the dark, I had no idea what the outside of the property looked like from the back garden, or what, if anything, made it accessible to non-residents?

Mark the Manager was absolutely lovely, sociable, professional and friendly. Helped carry my case up and show me my room and pointed things out that I may need to know. As I left to go to my social event, Mark held the front door open for me and wished me a lovely evening. As I already had breakfast plans, I couldn’t take advantage of my continental breakfast, which Mark said, of course I’d have to visit again!… I assured him I would. ☺️ Lovely customer service, but a ground floor room would have been better accessible for me. But it was a flying visit and the cost with booking.com was better, so I was fine with the 1 night stay.

The manager Mark delivered fabulous service to customers. On-board welcome letter inside the envelope and the ways that he put the breakfast in proper order inside the dining area at morning impressed me most. Overall, a very good experience staying in this hotel.

Car Park is quite small and can only fit a handful of cars on it but the owners are very accommodating.

Clean and quiet place to stay, good sized rooms that are cosy and warm. Great location to stay for a trip to the city centre, about 40 min walk/10 min drive.

Minor things. Some maintenance e.g. curtains didn’t close properly. Shower needing some mould removal. Provided with three bottles of shampoo but no shower gel.

Good position for getting to central Oxford. Free parking. Tea/coffee,fridge in room. Warm and plenty of hot water. Friendly helpful staff. Easy to come and go as we wished.

Parking lot line not visible. Hence my car was parked just like the next car, different direction. Then whole family woke up from the knock at the door in the middle of the night to move the car just to accomodate more cars to come, which in the next morning i found out no further more cars that came. Blinds at window need changing, not closing. Kettle is moldy.

Good location. Lovely lady in the morning making us breakfast early despite not the time to serve brekkie. Appreciate that a lot.

Nothing really, although there was a little mould on the grouting in the bathroom.

The location suited us really well as we had a funeral to go to at the crematorium fairly close by. The continental breakfasts were perfectly fine for us and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room and bed were also very satisfactory.
