WiFi upstairs is not so good.

We stayed for three nights in April. Our group consisted of five adults, four children, and two dogs. The house is well located, and extremely close to Bourton-on-the-Water high street. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and very well equipped. There is plenty of parking and a nice welcome pack.

Massive house, very convenient. modern bathrooms and kitchen. Very well equipped. Dog secure garden. Beds very comfortable. Some furnishings and decorations a bit dated - but that doesn’t alter the fact that this is an excellent property! Parking for 3 cars and a campervan!

Wow wow, the house was beautiful, perfect for a family of 6, there was nothing missed, even their was a Xmas tree and decorations, was perfect

the location is perfect Short hop into town for early morning coffee and all the attractions We had an early family Christmas with some from US and house was beautifully decorated for the holidays with an amazing Christmas tree 🌲 All 11 of us got round the table for our festive meal and we loved the Christmas China ! ☺️

I would have liked a small table and chair in the kitchen to have a quick bite. I use a cane for walking so carrying food to the dining room was a bit awkward for me.

The location was perfect for our family and for friends and family who stopped by to visit during our stay. Host immediately responsive to hot water issue.

The towels could do with being bigger , and possibly new ones , some proper toiletries in the bathrooms ,

Our only complaint was that the bed in the 4th bedroom was a sofa bed & not very comfortable.

Fantastic central location. Beautiful house with excellent facilities. Everything provided. Beds (apart from one) ultra comfortable.

Lovely spacious well equipped house , private garden with good parking. Lots of toys and space for children. Very close to the attractions of the village.

We loved the close proximity to the village and the walking paths to the grocery, Co-op, and other areas. The location is also central to exploring many other villages and gardens for short day trips. The kitchen is large and modern, and the sunroom overlooking the garden was our go to place for eating breakfast and drinking tea in the evenings. Having four updated bathrooms was wonderful for our group of ladies, as well! Tracy, the owner, always responded immediately if we had questions. We met Julie when she came to put the rummage bins out, and she was very friendly and delightful, too.

The bed in the smallest room wasn’t particularly comfortable apparently but wasn’t a big issue and didn’t spoil our enjoyment of our stay.

Spotlessly clean. Really well equipped and extremely comfortable. Excellent welcome pack and our hosts had put up a happy birthday banner and balloons as they knew we were celebrating a 70th birthday with our family. A really nice touch. Thank you.
