Cleaners didn’t come round until 4pm (top floor) and only cleaned one day for the 4 nights we stayed there.

Really close to the city centre and all the attractions we wanted to visit.

    The underpowered shower.

The hotel is still quite new and so the room and bathroom were nice. Staff were very welcoming. The location is great. Parking nearby at Westgate was super easy.

There was a bit of occasional noise from a water pump or something which was slightly annoying during the night.

Room was not ready until 90 minutes after check in! Reason given was that they were busy. I felt we were treated more poorly because we used booking.com as they kept alluding to “how the room was booked”. In fairness we were offered a free drink but this was really bothersome. There was a green light on all night that was shining in our eyes. Bed on the firm side.

Clean and new, fresh room, room was reasonably sized with good shower and bathroom, nice view

Room fairly small for the price. There was space ro open one large suitcase if I moved around the table and chair.

    Convenient location for rail station.

I requested an accessible room, what we got was definitely not, my husband struggled to navigate the tiny space, but as it was a one night stay we did not complain

Location is good, breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, lovely helpful staff, all round value for money

No negative comments, it was the perfect stay!

The room was in a marvellous location in the middle of Oxford and I was very kindly given an upgraded room which meant I had a lovely view of Oxford castle from my window. The facilities were clean, comfortable and modern and the room itself was very spacious. The staff were also very friendly and professional.

Restaurant a bit cramped in serving area for breakfast. Limited hot food buffet, a little not very hot either. At this price point I’ve had a lot better. That said the coffee machine makes the best coffee I’ve had from one.

Clean modern comfortable room with aircon. 6 foot bed 👍

The self-service breakfast area was very cramped. I had to ask for a teapot as none were provided - unbelievable for a 4-star hotel in England! A disagreement between two members of staff took place in full view & within earshot of customers eating breakfast - very unprofessional.

Easy to walk to from the railway station. Located in a quiet area, but very close to the town centre. The staff were very pleasant.

Booking.com states that this hotel has parking and it does not, only for blue badge holders. This was frustrating as I had booked this hotel specifically for the parking. We had to park in the shopping centre which is not far away but was at an additional cost (£38 for 24hr) and I didn’t expect this.

The hotel was lovely - there are no complaints with regards to the rooms!
