Gary was really friendly and helpful. My parrtner has issues with her knees and a poor heart but Gary made things really easy by room selection and car parking choices. Breakfast was fabulous! VERY tasty and using local ingredients. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was really comfortable and clean, wifi was very good - no issues streaming TV content. Will definitely return at some point.

Craigatin is beautiful. So clean and comfortable and the breakfast is perfect. The whisky porridge is a must for anyone visiting, I am still thinking about it a week later. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Parking is straightforward and the walk into Pitlochry is easy and quick.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room on a top floor was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I loved my view of the mountains out of the big window. The staff, particularly the breakfast staff, were friendly and hardworking. The host was super flexible about check in and check out times, which I really appreciated. The hotel is close to town and the train station; an ideal location. Breakfast was great. Every morning the smell of fresh scones baking drifted up to my room! Overall just a stellar stay. One thing to note is that there's no lift. That wasn't a problem for me but it could be an issue for less able bodied folks or those with lots of luggage.

Gary offered a warm welcome and was a superb host. The rooms were excellent, with every facility you could want for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection. Special praise for the porridge, which was delicious. Will definitely return, and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Loved everything about this place. Hasn't changed from when we lasted stayed. In fact, we ended up in the room next door to our previous visit. Loved the new addition of free whisky 😀.

No elevator, but the staff would help with the luggage and no mini fridge

The whiskey porridge 😍 I never had a porridge this good. The whole breakfast was amazing. I really liked to have a fresh Scottish breakfast. The bed was really comfortable and big. The blinders kept the room really dark Great location Free parking I really thought of skipping Pitlochry but I am glad we didn’t. One of the best places we stayed at and definitely the best best best breakfast 🤩

The shower was a little weak but probably appropriate for the stall size.

Breakfast was superb, staff really helpful with recommendations and when we needed a plaster. whiskey in the lounge to boot was a tasty bonus!

The accommodation is exceptional. Beautifully furnished and super clean. Every thought has been put into making guests feel comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and staff very attentive and polite. This is the best accommodation in Pitlochry by far

Sound travelled quite well through the room door so we could hear people talking when passing but this didn't happen often.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was large, clean and comfortable with a nice ensuite. The view from the window was amazing. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the station so its a peaceful but convenient location. The breakfast was very good, plenty of food and perfectly cooked. We would definitely return!

What a place, highly recommend - short flat stroll into Pitlochry. Plenty of car parking. Room excellent, very helpful friendly staff. Fabulous freshly cooked breakfast. Would certainly stay here again.

Lovely, quiet , however close to town centre with all the shops , distillery and places to eat. Whisky porridge is a MUST! and the wee complementary dram was so thoughtful.
