We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsMinor item: It wasn't clear to us beforehand that you had to choose between hot or cold breakfast (if you want items from both there is an extra charge). In similar price range accommodation we never encountered this and felt like a bit of a steep price for some yoghurt and cereal with our eggs and toast.
The room is thoughtfully decorated and conveniently located right on the Offa's Dyke Path. The shower was very good and the room was spaceous. The lady at breakfast was very friendly.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary! A lovely B&B in an excellent location! The staff were so kind - we had to leave early this morning so they made sure our breakfast was ready for bang on 8.30! Would 10000% recommend and stay again. We stayed in Hares Warren :)

Friendly, stylish and well run hotel in the town centre above its own restaurant bistro. The breakfast and other meals are outstanding with good veggie options. The decor is especially charming with artworks and animal themes in the rooms . One of the comfiest rooms I've had in a good many travels.

United KingdomHad some issues with the bank across the road alarm going off around 22:00, but the owner was extremely swift to contact them directly and resolve the issue. Had earplugs in the room too which helped lots.
Super cozy, clean and homely room. Sweet touches around, loved the coffee/tea station setup and the room/area guide. It was very easy to find and access. The breakfast was also really nice, I loved the cafe area and the service was great. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I am back in Monmouth.
