If I had seen the reviews before I booked I wouldn’t have done. The bedding was cleaner than expected although the room and the bed were both shorter than me. It’s grubby rather than actively dirty. There was a functioning lock on the door and I didn’t see the rat mentioned in another review.

1st room I was checked into wasn't ready, so I was moved to a different room. For a single occupancy room, if you are taller than 5' 6" you are going to struggle fitting into the bed and shower taps didn't work properly so water was scalding and couldn't be adjusted.

The hotel was very near the venue I was attending over the weekend and had plenty of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants for food. And staff were very polite and helpful.

Bathroom was not clean with mold and rust evident. Room for two people and only 1 cup for a coffee. Bedside light did not work so had to get out of bed to turn on / off lights. Room right next to kitchen and banging from kitchen at early hours of the morning. No consideration from staff.

It was very convenient to where we needed to be.

It was tired and worn down. All fixtures and fittings broken or falling off. Mouldy bathroom. Ripped carpet. Dented doors. No plug in sink. Entrance and hallways either un complete or extremely run down. I think they have work going on as an ongoing excuse for the lack of standards.

Due to repairs the lift wasn't working, we had a hard time get to the 3rd floor after a very long day. The shower was really small and and it needed a repair as well.

The price compared to the location was very good. The bed was also very comfortable.

Rooms were not clean, stains on chairs, cracks on toilet floor tiles, dirty around shower entrance and toilet brush. Doors do not lock properly from inside and tv does not work. Would not recommend staying here!

The hotel room G1 location is near the reception. I have no issues with the room itself but you may hear the sound of the banging door and the people that are walking up and down the stairs, which you won't be able to sleep much overnight.

FILTHY. During our three day stay the room was not cleaned once. There was mould in the bathroom, the bathroom tiles were loose and on our last night we found BED BUGS on our mattress. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

It’s more like a construction site, that has clean rooms with a bed and a bathroom it offers for money and hence justifies being a hotel.

We weren't informed that there were renovations going on throughout the building. No reception as such. It all looked like a building site. The room was in need of a very good clean. Duvet didn't fit they bed. 3 guests but only 2 odd mugs. No spoons. Bathroom smelt unpleasant. On 4th floor & all the steps leading up were very dodgy.

the room had no heat,we used a plug heater, we stayed 4 days and the second day they forgot to clean the room,so we asked for just peeking up the garbages,without new towels new linen,and they forgot our room all day with a door open. fortunately noone stole our things. it is a good deal as far it concerns the money,but nothing more.

The shower heads were scaled, as was the kettle. The windows don't seal, you feel like you're open all the time. The furniture and curtains are dirty. You could tell in the bathtub when the neighbors above us took a shower (water was dripping).

Sleeping was comfortable, hot water was flowing. I'm not sure what the hotel would look like if it wasn't under renovation. However, the cleanliness was pathetic. As for the staff, I have nothing to complain about, they were nice and helpful. The purpose was accomplished, but...

Alas the hotel is in reconstruction, so there is very problematic environment in the corridors. The workers in the space of hotel were quite noisy during the days. And there were very strange sounds at night - as if somebody was trying to get to the room (but probably those were mice). Little adventurous. Our room had no window, so we slept in kind of black box :-)

Very good location quite in the centre, nearby metro station, various museums and parks. The hotel is usual basic place to sleep and wash. If you take it like that you can be sucessfull. The staff is willing and nice. The room was clean and quite warm, there was electric kettle to make coffee and well working shower with hot water (!) and big screen TV with many programmes.

Had to move rooms as the first one wasn’t very good. It was dirty. Fire alarm went off at 2:30am! My view was of a brick wall. Cold. Heating/AC wouldn’t work. All round not very good to stay at.

It was somewhere to stay for the night. Staff were friendly.
