To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Isle of ManVery unhappy with the morning staff actually very angry and its put me off from staying again. On arrival the staff pre ordered a taxi for a early morning airport run. When asked if our taxi was there the next morning they said no but there is another taxi here who can take you. - they ran over and spoke to the alleged taxi man smiling and told us to get in. This taxi was unmarked/un named and ripped us off massively charing us £20 to go to the airport! - the staff member (woman dark hair with glasses) must of know this yet happily told us to get in. Very unhappy that your staff purposely did this knowing we would be ripped off. We had two small children with us too. Actually very angry at your hotel for this.

United KingdomAll good except for a disappointing fish and chips meal in the bar. It seemed expensive for a piece of grey fish covered in quite soggy batter, and some tasteless artificial tasting frozen oven chips. It was just about edible, but very disappointing.
As always, staff were brilliant. Breakfasts are fabulous.

United States of AmericaA few issues that made it feel a little rundown — missing pads on the arms of the desk chair, broken USB socket and no electrical outlet next to the bed. One other thing was the bed size itself - a queen, which is small by US standards. The back of the hotel, where the old tarmac holds multiple planes is quite rundown, as are the planes and the roof deck is not open due to safety issues.
The way they have preserved the history of the former airport. The bar and staff were great. Rooms comfortable and everything very clean.

SpainAppalling communication prior to our stay. I had sent three mails explaining we were visitors from Spain arriving for the first time, and late, and asking for Advice on Taxis. This lack of response caused considerable inconvenience and cost .

IrelandOrdered food from the bar. 3 steak sandwiches. Very poor quality, cold, bread not toasted. Not worth £14.50. Sent it back but were still charged for the food. Offered some complimentary drinks but it was 8pm and we had to go somewhere else to eat and we were going home early next morning so didn’t get to use them.

The decor of the hotel was fab, the beds were comfy and the breakfast plentiful. Really friendly polite staff. Easy access to city centre by bus outside hotel. Perfect for a weekend break with children, being out of the centre we didn't have the party people coming in at all hours (I'm just jealous!!) making noise.
