We had a wonderful stay at this house over the weekend. Everything was clean, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and modern, the bathroom and bedrooms were spotless, and the living area was perfect for relaxing together. The little details, like fresh towels and thoughtful design touches, made us feel right at home. Communication with the host was smooth and easy as well. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy and comfortable stay, and we’d be happy to come back again!

We stayed at the Crown Nest for three nights and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed by Harley offering great advice and always available if we needed anything. The apartments were spotless, finished to a high standard, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s a really friendly and comfortable place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Plus, it’s in a great location—just a five-minute drive to the Eden Project and about a 10-minute walk to a beautiful beach. Truly a wonderful stay!

The apartment doors are not signed so you have to work out which is which once you have the keys. Apartment 2 slight damp smell and was on a coin payment electric meter with no instructions, coins were provided but this all had to be discovered. In general there are no instructions for any appliances and using the oven in Apt 1 was not straight forward. The apartments are not provided with all the same items, only one had a cafetière, some had missing cutlery, not every freezer had an ice tray, etc. Room doors could be signed particularly the bathroom in Apt 1 as it is right next to the entrance door.

We rented 3 of the Crowsnest apartments for a family gathering. All the apartments are spacious and well presented. They are ideally located in the town very close to a Co-Op store, 20 mins walk to Par Sands beach and Pubs, and a short drive to the Eden project. The owner was really helpful with the booking. Apt 1 is upstairs facing the main road through a porch door opposite the key boxes. Apt 2 is on the front ground floor by the main road. Apt 3 is an extension at the back of the property.

There was some traffic noise, especially as we had to have windows open at night because of the heat. The wi fi signal was weak and intermittent so we had to use our own data.

The shower water didn't drain well, thought it might overflow. Would be nice to have plants/garden furniture in the enclosed garden.

The street was a bit tired that the property is located, not that the host can help that. There is not much to the immediate area. Couch in the properly was rock hard uncomfortable.

A beautifully presented large spacious apartment. More than enough room, spotlessly clean with all the facilities you need for a stay. Host was super friendly and greeted us on entry, a few mentioned the parking, yes it’s tight entrance but no problem really. Ideally located for a visit to Eden Project

My family and I spent a week at Crows Nest and it was the ideal location to visit the beach, local towns and friends. The flat was clean and modern and had good amenities. The upstairs flat was quite noisy but that's not something that can be helped!

Happy to say that there are no dislikes, other than we did find the beds a little soft and since ours was a metal framed bed was a tad noisy when moving about. Other than that all was good.

We travelled as a party of 10 adults plus one baby and so used all 3 apartments at the same time. All apartments are well thought out, modern, clean and tidy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of parking available at the property. The hosts are lovely people and greeted us on arrival. Clean linen and towels are supplied. A bottle of milk was supplied for a well needed cuppa on arrival, and Harley had made sure the heating was on and so everything was warm and cosy for us.

It's normal the place is quite

Access to the parking is very tight so all users need to park considerately so others can turn easily.

The upstairs apartment is brilliantly spacious. It has all the amenities you could possibly need and is very well presented. It was warm and cosy for our December stay. Very well maintained with a modern clean style.

The only downfall was that the shower in the on-suite was so centrally placed that you couldn’t do much else in the shower and had to turn it off to wash or shave etc… but that did not effect our stay as we had another shower room we could use

An amazing modern space, which suited us perfectly for Christmas with a little one. So much room to put a tree up, play with presents and let him run loose (he’s just learned to walk). The kitchen and the equipment was exceptional and suited us perfectly for the endurance of cooking a Christmas dinner; the decor was homely yet stylish and having a TV in each of the bedrooms was a great touch as you don’t normally get that. Having two bathrooms was helpful! The host was so friendly and there for anything you needed 24/7, you can tell a lot of effort and time has been put into this place! Immaculately clean, spacious and a home from home. We loved it so much we booked 2 extra nights and were incredibly sad to leave! Cannot recommend enough!
