Once you get there need to make a phone call to get the code to open the house and the room, but nobody answered during line 45 minutes, I had to try a lot until I get response, and get inside the room. Once I had a response, the staff was very helpful and polite, just a detail to improve

Street light outside the window disturbed my sleep. Need linings on the curtains or a blind.

Easy check in via phone. Very friendly welcome. Nice and clean even in the communal areas. Loved the free extra bits. Bottle water, biscuits etc. Great location with 2 local shops nearby.

Uncertainty about whether takeaways could be brought back to the room. En suite wasn't bad but could have been cleaner.

As commented previously concerning this accommodation: being by a main road there is constant traffic noise; curtains do not effectively darken room from bright street lighting. Extra blanket was not clean.

Convenient location for bus to City. Comfortable and warm room. Reasonably priced. Tea making facility.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. No staff to greet us or talk to but I had their number to message should I need to.. bit odd to pay for parking with cash that you had to leave on bedside table

The room was pleasant and clean. Near to the city and relatively quiet. Staff only messaged by text and were polite over message.

The room was very cold ❄️ The normal radiator was found later behind a headboard not on ! Heating was a small mobile oil filled heater not very effective. I had to use the quilt from the other bed as they were quite thin. On suite shower room also cold. I didn't stay the second night 😞

Bed comfortable would call shower in room ensuite very damp in toilet floor very spongy due to damp needs looking into but at the end of the day you get what you pay for

A little confusion on arrival as the code we were given didn't work but once we called the number at main entrance someone arrived to show us to our room after a couple of minutes.

The room and bathroom were very clean. A portable heater and fan were provided. Towels and complimentary toiletries were provided.

As we stayed at the end of November the room was quite cold and difficult to warm up. There was an electric heater that could be used but with the large room and high ceilings it didn’t warm much or fast

The cleanliness over our stay, we stayed 7 nights and we had to call 2 times to have our room cleaned in the middle of our stay. The light from the mirror and also the hair dryer didn't work.

The room was nice, small for 2 people but comfortable. The shower was separated and the toilet as well, sharing with another room, that was fine for us.

Bigger mugs for tea in the morning. Pillows very flat, but the bed was really excellent .. made up for those things.

Staff are lovely and quick to respond to questions. Room really tidy and clean. Bed fantastic.

Was here for the marathon so was ideal as i could walk to the start line in 10 minutes. The room was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. lots of teas/coffees etc and space to park right outside

A little small and compact. The wooden stairs and floor boards made it that some noise from other guests.

All what you need. Even Netflix provided free. Noise from outside was very low. No staff but not required. Happy the car could be parked outside at small extra charge.

The room needs better cleaning. We found some leftovers from the previous guests in the fridge. It wasn't terribly dirty, but we had to clean in ourselves anyway. There was an empty juice carton behind the bed and some unpacked biscuits behind the cupboard, which is not that bad. The worst finding was an old cigarette under the shower. Event though the smoking is prohibited, the cigarette was there and it smelled bad before we turned on the ventilation.

Everything was provided as stated in the offer. The room wasn't vary spacious, but there was enough space for everything. There were no problems with air circulation, noise and curtains were working properly.
