Clean, spacious, with the added bonus of having 2 bathrooms. Ideal location, buses run into the Town Centre frequently. Would definitely be using again when I visit Darlington. The hosts are friendly and are very accommodating with any extra requests.

Initailly gaining access was a challenge however this was not the hosts fault but Steve was very helpful with instructions on how to get the keys. I requested an earlier check-in and they managed to accomodate me no problem. The appartment itself was fantastic in a quiet location and very clean and tidy inside exceding my expectations. The bed was very comfortable and facilities were really good having everything you needed to cook and wash clothes if needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you visit the area I will be booking here again soon.

The toilet seat was broken in one of the bathrooms. The hob in the kitchen was all ruSty I wouldn't even try switching it on to use it. The kitchen drainer was filthy had marks on it from previous washing up. Kitchen bin was full from previous people in apartment. The main bedroom the bed looked like someone had just got out of it wasn't made properly didn't smell clean. Was just appauld of the whole place for the money spent. Vacuum cleaner just left out, rug on hallwag nesrly fell over it a few times all curled at one side..Was told in email was number 10 but when got there was number 12.

    Nothing.. So dissapointed..

The mattress on the double needs replacing. As an holiday apartment owner myself a comfortable bed is a priority and this bed is far from comfortable. In addition, the main toilet flush needs attention, it is far to noisy. Hope this helps, kind regards

The apartment was comfortable with good facilities. The location for us was excellent near relatives and with good local facilities, Fish and chip shop, walking distance to Pubs and a short car trip to the supermarket.

The house was comfortable and the equipment was easy to use. I spoke to Steve once and he was very helpful.

    Nothing to not like!

Very quiet location, no noise at all. Apartment is spacious, with a large lounge / diner and offshot kitchen. There's a large bathroom off a spacious hall. Main bedroom has small but perfectly useable ensuite shower room with wc. There's a good range of kitchen crockery, pots & pans etc with the usual appliances but including a washing machine. It would have been easy to prepare and cook a meal. There's an Asda just along the road (walking distance). It's pretty good value for money, for one person its comparable with a hotel that would also serve breakfast. For a couple or more, it becomes very good value indeed.

Everything that we needed was available. We had planned to cook one night and the facilities in the kitchen were just right. The apartment was not far from the town centre and there were a number of grocery stores nearby. For those that don't want to cook there were also a number of take away options nearby.

The flat was in need of a good clean some of the mugs, cutlery, pots and pans were unclean and there was hair in the plug hole in the shower that was semi blocking it. The bathrooms also needed a good wipe down (the towel racks, bath and shower). The flat was also very noisy you could hear next door neighbours and upstairs and the view of the working men's club wasn't very nice. The area where the parking space was in the back was very poorly lit and made me feel a little uncomfortable and I also felt uncomfortable over the fact that the main front door was never locked so anyone could walk into the block of flats. It would also be nice to have a little welcome note to say how everything works, and things to do in the area/how to get into Darlington. Not very good value for money, for the price you pay you could get a b&b closer to Darlington and probably cleaner and safer.

The kitchen had everything you would need and it was easy to get onto the A66 from the flat, it was also nice to have Internet. The flat also smelt nice.

Portrayed as having a second bedroom which sleeps two people, the bedroom had no window and was more like a large cupboard there was very little floor space far too small for two adults, very surprised it passed fire regulations

Quiet location with good parking facilities

The bedroom without the window was very hot and humid. The bedding was nylon which wasn't conducive to a good nights sleep. A toaster would have been nice. There was a lot of hair in the ensuite shower plug trap which I had to clear away before the shower would empty properly.

Comfortable flat, easy to get into Darlington.

There are 2 single beds in the second bedroom but one of those was right on top of the radiator so anyone sleeping in it had their head on top of it, Not very safe when the top of the radiator says do not cover. The kitchen hob could do with blackening or a new one installed,

it would be handy if there was a shower in the main bathroom, as it can be inconvenient sharing an en suit in one bedroom. a dust would not go a miss, plus quieter upstairs neighbors ( we left a day early because upstairs were just too thumpy and noisy)

We like the fact that we can cater for our selves as it makes it more cost effective and suits our working times.

Whilst I have stated that the facilities were reasonably pleasant some Items were in desperate need of updating. I would stay here again but only if the price was around half of what I had to pay = £90.00 per day

The apartment was clean and presentable. Facilities were more than adequate for a short stay. Area was quiet and reasonably pleasant.
