Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SpainI arrived by train to Bermuda park station at 10.35 pm no signage as to where the hotel was this need a small map at the station this would help.
Breakfast well presented ,I would like a different egg fried instead of scrambled , the room was very clean and tidy bed no problem at all .

Great breakfast good quality ingredients which were well cooked. The staff were friendly helpful and always had time to answer any queries. The hotel is well situated with plenty of places to eat out as well as in the restaurant ( which on our next visit we'll try and make time to try). The hotel and room were well decorated,clean and comfortable with a large comfy bed for a good night's sleep

Comfortable room, good breakfast, easy parking, late check in no problem. We were looking for a hotel which was close enough the NEC for an event, but we didn't want to be on the NEC site itself, mainly because of the parking issues at some of the NEC hotels. We needed parking for a high top van, so barrier free parking (and no multi storey!) was essential. Hotel was easy to access and easy to find. We will probably stay here the next time we do a multi day event at NEC. There are several chain restaurants nearby, and a multiplex cinerma for evening entertainment!

Brilliant location for M6. Room cleaned and new towels every day. Breakfast OK. Lovely comfortable bed. Room very clean. Waiting staff in restaurant pleasant.

The lady on reception wouldn't give me an invoice on checkout as she said it was to come from Booking.com but they say it must come from the property. I really don't need to be chasing around dead emails to get my money back from expenses. Frustrating.
