We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainWell, its not a 4* hotel and you notice small things which could be better maintained, like needing a coat of varnish, but thats really minor. The rooms and dining area were spotless and well maintained, which is the most important. On the downside, many people commented that the wifi was not great. I noticed this as well with cuts in my connection to the office. I can only assume that the service is overloaded for the number of guests.
The hotel was well placed for where I needed to go on the outskirts of london and is right beside the underground station.
