Disappointed that you get charged £10 for parking considering you are staying there so would put me off staying again.

Nothing, it is a quiet hotel although the Car Park gets very busy and full at the weekends.

We have been before, we stay there as our youngest daughter lives in Ruislip.

They did not seem to have enough staff for the weekend we were there, as we had to wait quite a while to get served at the bar, as there was only one person working behind the bar and it was very busy.

We were charged a ULEZ charge twice as we didn't know we needed to pay to drive in Ruislip. A simple warning on the website would have saved us £180.when we contacted the hotel to tell them we were told it wasn't their problem

Having left a review last time where the Savera fell a little below the standards I've come to expect on previous visits, only fair to say that all was back to normal this time. Perhaps a hint is to get down to breakfast before the mad rush! The room was fine and the wi-fi, a bit hit and miss last time, gave no problems. Hopefully last time was a blip.

Hotel is right next to South Ruislip tube station which gives easy access into London, there is a nice comfortable bar area with reasonably priced drinks and also a restaurant.

Room 219. Creaking bed that woke us everytime we moved. Bath tap leaking. Worn carpet by bedside.

Good location, value, breakfast was good. Clean. Nice attentive staff. We had read reviews prior and were expecting a poor standard but we were happily surprised. Those reviews were misleading.

The room did look a bit worn and outdated. The sink was missing its plug and also had a crack in it. However it didn’t ruin our stay for the night!

when we checked in and went upstairs to our room the cleaner hadnt finsihed cleaning that room. So had to go back down to reception and ask for another room. That night when we returned to our room neither of our key cards work and we had to go back to reception again. Also at breakfast someone put cheese in the toaster and the toaster caught on fire

The place is a little tired! Grubby shower head, taps that have been cleaned so much the lacquer has worn off and they look grubby, stained/marked surfaces and the bed was a little uncomfortable. No plugs around bed for phone charging etc on other side of the room. Staff were pleasant but minimal interaction, nice breakfast but is continental with the room rate, cooked breakfast has additional charge. Be aware, hotel is inside the ULEZ (£25 for 2 days) and parking charged at £10 so need to add at least £35 to your budget.

Staff were ok, not particularly friendly, none of them seem to smile or want to be there, manager just stood behind his staff looking miserable, cleaners were very friendly and always smiling, rooms clean but are very dated deco, needs a lick of paint and brighting up, very dark and depressing deco, bedside light didn't work,
