Paid extra for a river/garden view which yes we kind of got as the room was at the side of the building but the view was obscured by the tv on the table which was a shame as when you looked around the tv the view from the window was lovely. Only tea/coffee had to ask for herbal tea/hot chocolate as my wife doesnt drink tea /coffee, was given herbal tea as had no chocolate but would have been nice to have it in the room already. The bathroom wall has a couple of small holes that need filling and painting. There were no beakers in the bathroom for rinsing after brushing. Ceiling light in bathroom has a large crack in the shade.

Lovely old building in a great location , easy walking distance to the centre of Worcester. Staff polite and very helpful . Breakfast was lovely , nice choice of continental, homemade granola was delicious, hot food freshly cooked as made to order but again was delicious. Car parking available but the size of car park isn’t big and access road to the hotel can get congested. The room was a bit dated.

More coat hangers needed. The restaurant menu was limited. The morning croissants were soggy.

The location. We liked that we could sit in the conservatory and watch the river and the activities people engaged in on the walkway by the river. The walk to the cathedral took fifteen minutes via the river walk, ten along the side road. Equally the town centre was very accessible from the hotel. The garden was nice; the bar and the lounge up the steps were, too. Our room was cosy with a comfy bed and a newly refurbished en suit. Parking facilities were good. We didn't move from arrival to leaving. The hotel had a country house hotel feel to it.

The dinner was expensive and unexciting. Goodish pub standard which disappointed. The fish ( in fish and chips) was overcooked.

Fantastic location and lovely staff in a very comfortable hotel. I would definitely use it again.

Nothing really. Annex room means an uncovered walk to main hotel. Can get a bit wet if raining.

Friendly welcome. Walking distance to centre of city. On the river.

The bed room was in an annex facing a car park on a third floor with no lift. This was supposed to be a short holiday for us and being in our late seventies found things awkward. It would have been better to have known before booking.

    The situation.

Steep stairs to the room. Situated in an annexe so had to walk outside (at one occasion in the rain) to the main hotel for breakfast. A covered walkway should be provided.

Location, close to Cathedral and city centre. Junior suite was spacious and well laid out.

Room was a bit dated. It was in the eves! So lots of sharp edges husband banged head twice, light to bathroom was by the bedroom door..dust around the bed. Wardrobe broken middle door didn't shut..

View from rooms was lovely. Location on river superb and walking distance to lots of attractions. Staff so helpful and happy!
