The fridge was very loud. Bed uncomfortable. Shower fluctuated - either too hot or too cold. The light above one bed couldn't be turned on.

The room was fairly clean but the towels had a damp smell with strong Bleach smell mixed. The breakfast items were stale and milk was spoilt.

Bed was rock hard and room was cold. Curtain didn’t for the window and the blind was broken. The hair drier was held together by gaffer tape and the milk was curdled.

Nice helpful reception. Space to store bike securely for the night. Location.

I found the bed was uncomfortable and I could hear all the noises through the door which woke me up a few times.

It's in east London and easily commutable to central London in 20 mins or so which is ideal. Overall It was basic but clean and staff were friendly.

The breakfast. Only hot food was sausage, beans and eggs. In room fridge was smelly. Some paint peeling off in the bathroom ceiling.

The room was so hot at night that it was like a sauna, absolutely stifling. Was unable to sleep comfortably all night. Could not adjust the heating at all in the room.

The fridge hummed at night. Single beds were small & on wheels so moved. Plumbing wasn't great, sink & shower flooded quickly and toilet was difficult to flush, and shower door stuck. Could hear other guests in the hallway and occasionally traffic outside. A light flickering in the breakfast area.

Everything you need/expect. Kettle in room. Clean bedding. En suite toilet with shower. Decent WiFi. Added extra of a fridge in the room. Plenty of storage with in room cupboard and above sink mirrored cabinet. Buffet breakfast had a nice selection (toast, sausages, eggs, beans, waffles, croissants, cakes, jams, cheeses, and fruit). Quite close to underground & shops, was very easy to find.

Very small room and old installations. Shower regulators were defective and one day we couldn't turn the water colder, so we were burning while showering, although we told to the stuff, they didn't take a look at it. Not very nice neighborhood

Could do with the paint being freshened up and new carpets as they were brown and a bit damaged in the room we stayed it.

The rooms were cosy and had tea and coffee making etc. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy, okay for one night. We stayed for a concert at the Troxy which wasn't too far away.

The property was surprisingly different from the photos we saw. The place is old and you can hear everything around you. The room had poor insulation, the window was not well insulated that even when it was raining the water was leaking inside the room. The bed was very uncomfortable, you can tell it was old because it was not even flat, you could feel that with the year the part in the middle was closer to the floor that the sides. The bathroom was very interesting to see, the toilet has no button, the hairdryer was glued together with a tape, the sink looked old, and the shower had a lot of things to avoid in a shower, with mold in the ceiling and on every side of it. There was a little table inside the room that was used a lot and you could see it. Breakfast was okay.

The location was close to Bus Stops and Subway, and the staff were very nice.

It is a very loud road that the property is situated on. I’m used to some outdoor noise at night but it was really quite loud. Fine for one night but I would not recommend this property for a long stay or if you’re a light sleeper. The shower head broke … the bathroom I used definitely needs some investment. The mattress on the bed was too firm for my liking.

Location is close the Shadwell station and was close to my place of work the morning after my stay. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. I read some suspect reviews about the breakfast but it did the job for me and there was nothing wrong with the food hygiene. Room was hot but I was provided a fan anyway so no issue with the heat. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Small wardrobe space to hang coats or jackets.

Staff were fantastic and polite, and the room was quiet with a great shower. The breakfast had to cooked for me as they had run out, which was a lovely touch. The location was great for what we wanted. Tea and coffee facilities were replenished, and good

PARKING

The staff JAHANGIR was great and helping person. He offered best clean room. My mobile charger was not fixing in the socket and he offered my his charger. Unfortunately I forgot to return and charger is still.here with me. Breakfast was amazing and fresh.
