The radiator was put off during the night making it difficult to sleep in a cold room. The duvet is thin and light thus not able keep warm

Heating in room wasn't working on quite a chilly evening, but an extra duvet was quickly provided. Heating came on in the morning.

Friendly welcome. Glad I managed to get last of 3 parking spaces at the property. Was expecting a single but given a double room which was great.

I would definitely recommend staying here! Very attentive hosts. I asked for a gluten free breakfast and they were happy to oblige. Nice, comfortable room, with a view and the property is very close to the town centre and the beach

Bathrooms were completely clean still soap residue in the shower from previous tenants. No hairdryer as stated there would be under facilities.

Owners were lovely and friendly, they were very helpful too let us leave the cars on the forecourt after we checked out whilst we went into town for breakfast and little shopping.

I liked everything.

Both Lena and Miles couldn't have been more welcoming when I arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, despite my requiring a phone charging lead to a later breakfast ( which was delicious ) would definitely consider staying at The Dolphins again.

Extremely nice couple who owned the place and made me feel very welcome, and the service was great. Had good knowledge about the area and how to get to the places I wanted to go.

I feel safe in a nice , cosy room. Close by the beach and few minutes walk to Bournemouth International Centre. (Where we atended the Graduation ). It was a very nice short holiday!

The curtains in the single room did not meet which meant loss of privacy - I hung a bath towel over the curtain rail to bridge the gap and wedged the curtains behind the window handle, which solved the problem.

we booked a twin room but were given a small suite with 2 bedrooms so we were very pleased. It was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed room only so cannot comment on breakfast. There was parking right outside the hotel which was very convenient. The situation is perfect, a short walk to shops, gardens, beach and pier - even the entertainment hub was close by.

There was only a limited number of channels available on the television. Since there were a couple that I was happy to watch and as I was spending most of the time out of my room, I didn't bother to enquire as to whether some adjustment could be made to the tuning.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room met all my expectations. I always like having a room where I can open the window to let the air circulate. I wasn't troubled by noise from other guests or from outside the hotel.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and nothing was to much trouble, very clean and comfortable and just a short walk from the town center or the beech and peer. Will definitely come back and stay again. the wife and my son also thought it was fantastic.
