Struggled to sleep right next to busy cinema and motorbikes doing wheelies till 5am wouldn’t mind of a weekend but this was a Monday! car parking app - right slow and annoying would be much easier via contactless card payment. This is not something you wanna be doing when tired after a long trip worth changing ! Food very expensive for barely edible food. Noise level in dinner rooms while trying to relax.

Parking - would be far better service for the customer to just add it to the room. The app wasn't working and it was really annoying. Likely to get a fine even though i paid before i left. I understand the hotel don't own the car park but having better join up with the parking company would be a better customer service. Also too many questions at check in regarding upgrades, staff only doing their jobs but it felt like i was trying to be sold to as soon as i walked in which was frustrating.

A/C had a fault, but reception sent a maintenance guy to check it out, he managed to rectify the issue and all was ok.

Would have been good to have a few options for bedding, as the default bedding was far too soft and wasn't the most comfortable. Bar had to close at 10pm due to a fighting event in Milton Keynes town, which shouldn't have been an issue.

Overall cleanliness and quality of room was great. Bar area was good and well stocked, and plenty of options for food. Location and parking was great, plenty of room for our 20+ cars. Price I paid for what I received was excellent.

Nothing can be done but the walls are paper thin I could literally hear people talking and shouting in the hallway and if neighbours were particularly loud I could hear. if you really want peace and quiet you may not get that all the time. Also I was there over a weekend. Again nothing can be done but I was placed on the 3rd floor and the distance to my room was an actual workout 😂, The water pressure in shower was so low, that really took the enjoyment out of my shower time. The carpets really needed a deep clean. From the hallway and even in our room.

Location of the place is excellent, lots of shopping and eating options. It was also very close to the event that I needed to attend. The place was clean enough but smelled abit stuffy like a room that hadn’t been aired in a while. It hae everything you need by way of teas and complementary water, iron etc and a mini fridge which was great . staff were super friendly and helpful and the cookies were really good.

The only thing and this is a slight point is that the room was a tad warm and I couldn’t turn the temp down but it didn’t affect my sleep.

I find the excessive walking round the hotel a bit of a pain and then needing key card to access certain doors. My key card wouldn’t let me in to my room so after having walked to the furthest point in hotel from reception key card wouldn’t let me in but equally wouldn’t let me access doors back through to lift to reception therefore had to exit hotel from restaurant entrance and walk round to reception! Very time consuming and it was dark and didn’t like having to go outside and walk around to front entrance.

Actually stayed here a couple of times for conference. Like the rooms - spacious and well appointed. Great choice for breakfast.

I wasn’t aware that you had to pay for parking but at least there was a discount .The receptionist gave the people before me decaffe t bags but when I requested some she told me they would be in the room but they were not .The next time I asked there were none left in reception it was a good job I actually took my own as I specially requested due to health reasons .

Lovely comfortable large bed .great view of the football pitch so it was quiet after the ladies match had finished .The room attendant made an Easter rabbit out of the flannel which amused our grown up daughters .Thebreakfastwas great everything you could want .

We had an adjoining room door, to make it a family room when needed. We could hear the persons alarm going off constantly which was annoying.

This hotel is ok, but has nothing outstanding. It's functional and a little on the expensive side. Check in was fine. It was a long walk to the room. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was fine, with a good shower. Breakfast was buffet style, and lukewarm at best. So, probably about what I expected but nothing to cheer about. Functional with a comfortable bed

The cost of breakfast. £19.50 is a ridiculous price. Upon checking in we were told that it was half this if prebooked. I did not see this when booking. The bar was extremely cold on our 2nd night. Had to wear our coats!

Bedroom was a good size. The Red Dot bar had very good reasonable priced food.
