CanadaThere were no comfortable chairs to sit in. There was the dining chairs and that was it. My kiddo was on the pull out couch and there was no where else to sit. We had to buy toilet paper for the unit, we were provided one dishwasher tab for a 7 night stay. For the price per night, these things should be provided.
The bathroom is beautiful! Good location to access the city and public transportation to other places.

We enjoyed the location which was close enough to everything that we wanted to see while still being in a quiet area. It was just big enough for the three of us.

United KingdomThe only issue was an issue with the WiFi. They were trying to fix it but didn’t get fixed within the span we were visiting and since most of us didn’t have network in the house it was a little inconvenient.
Everything we could need was there and was quite close to the city as well we were able to walk everywhere during our trip! It was a very well maintained and comfortable apartment! We enjoyed our time there!!

United KingdomOthers have mentioned it but the only access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom. Unfortunately, the WIFI was not functioning during our stay. Host apologised and said there was an engineer working on it but it didn't get fixed while we were there. I would have been useful for host instructions to make it very clear that there are TWO key pads at the main building entrance. The key pad that looks like the "main" one (large, silver, metal) is NOT the one that will gain you access the building. You need to use the small, black plastic key pad to the right of the large metal one. This did confuse us for a while until another group of residents assisted us. Calls made to the hosts phone numbers (including emergency number), were not answered or returned.
Lovely flat, beautiful high ceilings, great space and well equipped kitchen. Beds are super comfortable. Everything is very clean. Well maintained entrance hall and stairs. Nice location, not a noisy area but quite easy walking distance from Tram/Bus stops to Airport. Some handy restaurants nearby (5 mins) including Browns, Las Iguanas etc in George Street

It has everything what you need in your own apartment. All appliances are working perfectly. The separate love is the bathroom which has a bath and a shower, two sinks. Very big and beautiful.
